Samantha is one of the most patient and helpful agents I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of policies and coverage was amazing. I felt as though I was talking to a friend. She answered all my questions, gave me recommendations when I asked. Samantha promptly replied to all my text messages and worked around my crazy schedule.
