The customer service here took me by surprise (in a good way)! I don't go into the bank a lot so I didn't really know what to do but Jackson was incredibly kind and helped me with an account withdrawal :) thank you Jackson!

Update: once again shorted on change order. No one answering phones at a site level or the supposed 24-7 help line. The level of incompetence is truly astounding. $100 short? For a business account? Unacceptable.The staff here cycles every few months and it's clear why. They bombard them with no help and just one or two tellers for a massive line inside and at the drive thru. It honesty takes about 30-50 minutes just to go through the line and get a deposit done with only one or two cars ahead of you. They keep losing great tellers to awful mismanagement and under staffing. If I had the option to change my business's account to another bank I would in a heart beat.

Terrible customer service. Every other US bank branch I have been to can always actually solve/help me. They just give excuses here. Even their own headquarters pretty much agreed with me after they called for a follow up.Update: The first round of checks I ordered never arrived at my house. I went in person to this branch and was informed that they would be canceled. I now have 7 fraud charges from these checks since the bank never actually canceled them.

ATM here never works. Either the touchscreen is broken or it is always out of cash. Idk who decided to make an ATM touchscreen in a place where temperatures swing 100+ degrees in each direction…. They constantly break. Not going here anymore.

If you are Hispanic/ Latino Don’t go there I was in the drive thru and all the lane were full the other 3 spots each had a car behind them as I was sitting alone on the last drive thru lane and as being Hispanic or Latino I felt was the reason why everyone was helped and I was the last one because I was not white. I saw each driver as they left were all American white or older people. And she wants to argue with me not even try to apologize or anything I will be switching bank to maybe a more Latino friendly.

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience I've ever had with a US Bank location. Tried emailing and leaving voicemails, nobody ever got back to me. Went in for an appointment, didn't know what forms we needed because nobody answered calls. Needed to set up a minor account exactly like our other child, they set it up wrong and refused to reimburse us the monthly fees that we Had because they set it up wrong.

I took my account in this bank and iam an international student I have appointment on 10am but I went there by 9:30 and they allowed me and gave an account but it took like 45 mins I thought it was long ..may be they took a while to figure out that I need a student account so it took a while but a last I got an account in US bank ..Thanks to Us bank

this branch is a hot mess. they won't take rolled coins anymore despite them baking taken previously before? the coin machine inside is never operating for customer use. i attempted to call this time, because the last 3 visits it was not in service however they didn't answer the phones despite being open. I will be closing my account shortly and moving to something better for my banking needs.

Business has banked here for years., but would like to switch banks because of the poor service. We have to deposit in person and there is only one slow teller and at least 8 people in line. Huge waste of time.

Ive been to this location many times and every time its a 40 minute wait. The WORST location ive been to. Idk how they are always short tellers but its rediculous. Something has to change.

I’ve banked here for years. No matter what day of the week it is, they have NEVER have enough tellers working! The long lines are horrible! The branch manager must be on a shoestring budget. Bad service is a downward spiral to obsolescence. I opened a Wells Fargo account just a couple blocks down the street, where they always have enough tellers working, so that I didn’t have to waste so much time waiting! They seem to care about me there.

I was visiting family for Christmas and stopped in the usbank branch in West St. Paul. I do not have an active account, but the cashier accommodated my request and was very friendly and professional!

I set an appt. For 1030. Still waiting at 11. Had to leave without being seen.Totally unnecessary. Horrible customer service that's why I'll be changing my banking to somewhere else!
