Nice, clean, large facility. I came in around 1130, around lunch time. Only 2 tellers with 1 coming on, and several financial advisors... about 10 min wait.

Durrell was extremely kind, personable and helpful! I appreciate him showing me how to deposit cash into the ATM so I could skip the teller line. He is a rockstar!

Been trying to call this branch to open an account for almost 3 days. They are only taking clients by appointment to open accounts???? I can only imagine how it would be to get customer service for existing clients. NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Take my business somewhere else.

One banker and one teller working at 10:15 in the morning. Sad state of affairs at this location. If you need to open an account go elsewhere or be prepared to make an appointment.

Finally went in to try to get help after a relative had been trying to reach them by phone with no luck- even Wells Fargo corporate couldn’t reach the branch by phone. The guy told me “We don’t answer the phone here. We’re too short staffed.” Not even apologetic. You’re a bank! You have to answer the phone, especially for older customers who aren’t as tech savvy. What is going on at this company that they can’t retain people or even cover the most basic and fundamental business functions?

No one answers the phone. I spoke to two men and one of them was extremely rude but the other was pleasant. Woman walked by me and did not ask if I had been helped yet or if I needed assistance. I was waiting for so long and during the meantime could hear employees chatting about an upcoming birthday celebration. Unpleasant experience over all.

I've got to say that the business services at this branch are severely lacking and that whoever is in charge could do with a little training in customer service

I am not a Wells Fargo account holder, I do get Wells Fargo paychecks. I have cashed my check through the drive through for years with two forms of ID. Now when trying to use the drive through I am refused service, all because I don’t have an account. Being told to go to a different bank if I am unable to come inside. People can have health issues and disabilities and shouldn’t be denied services if not able to go inside the building. Just sickening how they treat people.

I went there to cash my sons check which was sent to me by the IRS for my son.As a appointee of guardianship for my son by The Courts i should have the right to be able to cash the check- these people at this bank as well as the others gave me such a Horrible hard time to cash this check. They were so convinced that I had stolen the check. They had so much excuses to not want to cash this check.

No matter what time of day you come into the bank, there is ALWAYS a line to see a teller. You can’t do certain transactions in the drive through, so you have to go in and you have to wait. And no matter how busy it is, the tellers will definitely not hurry at all. It’s asinine.

If you want coins deposited or exchanged they tell you to go to coinstar, or roll them yourself. They will not accept any loose change. What a joke.

Despite a friendly teller experience I had the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Wells Fargo. I’ve been a customer for about 15 years now and am incredibly disappointed. I walked in and was greeted promptly which was good, but I wanted to use the bathroom before depositing a large amount that I couldn’t do online or at an ATM. When I asked where the bathroom was I was informed that the restrooms are for employee use only because of COVID and was told the Target across the street was the closest bathroom. I found this comical because Target is hostile to people using their bathrooms without purchasing something, even then depending on who you are and what you look like they wont let you use them. As far as banks go even Trustone Financial has bathrooms for customer use. I can’t be the only client that has had to use the bathroom and been turned away.On top of that I brought my boyfriend with so he could open a business account with them but was told he had to make an appointment to open an account and was given a business card. I know staffing is tough but if that is the case you need to train your employees to conduct multiple tasks. That way not just one person is responsible for representing an entire division, let alone a division responsible for bringing in large amounts of money. We don’t have a location near us let alone the time to come in as we are working during business hours so today was really our only day to do it. As a result I’m not sure we will be coming back and opening up that business account. It is such a shame because I have always had such a good experience with Wells Fargo before. It used to be easy to go to and get in the day of, amenities available for customers, and bathrooms available for use when needed. Is this really what Wells Fargo has become? If so Wells Fargo has become the joke of banking.
