They fired me because they didnt like that i was getting into the National Guard Army. But they're a good place to get simple equipment from. The service needs to be improved.

Not sure what to say, except yes - they have it!Seriously, plan on a half hour just for the simplest things, you'll get sucked in and end up just walking around taking it all in.Ask where it is though, because I don't think there is a map.

Bought new top of the line Stihl chainsaw in Sept., 2 weeks later pull rope already broke. Brought it to Frattalones Oct-06, covered under warranty. Was told it takes 2 weeks for Stihl to look at it. Fast forward after 3 stores visit, 2 calls I went to store Nov-14 and was told Stihl has not yet looked at it !! What really gets me is, there is no urgency at Frattalones White Bear lake. If all Stihl repairs take that long why not dump Stihl and get another top brand on the shelve? It is what it is I was told at the store.....
