Second time posting a review. These guys are very nice. Obviously, servicing your car and diagnosing a problem takes time. These guys know your time is valuable and try to get your car back to you as soon as possible, and I really appreciate that about them. The communication is also pretty good.

Had an appointment to get an appraisal on my 2013 F150 and to discuss the possible purchase of a New F150. I arrived to my appointment this morning, only to learn that the person I was meeting with is on vacation. Really, on vacation!!! We just set up this appointment the day before. Why would he set up an appointment for me to meet with him, when he's not even going to be there? And then just get passed off to someone else? Not a good way to treat a customer, but a good way to lose one.
To be fair, I did get the appraisal, but had no intention of sticking around to discuss the purchase of a New F150 after what occurred. Just wanted to get out of there. So disappointing.

I have a F150 Lightning truck. It had problems charging on some public chargers. I took it here for service several times for the same issue. The guys at AutoNation Ford are great. My main problem is with the Ford Motor Company parts supply and logistics. It took 3 months for a charge module to be delivered to the service department. I am also removing stars here because it took several attempts to fix my truck and I did not get a truck as a loaner vehicle.

Always have good experiences at this shop. I like that I can make an appointment for an oil change instead of going someplace where it's first come, first serve and you may wait an hour or more. They get me in and out quickly and don't try to "upsell" other services.

This is the only place I take my SUV's. I never worry about the service because it's always the best. Had Gold team for years now with Red Team and they are best for my service. Ron is top notch listens to what you have to say and takes care of it.

Had 100k scheduled maintenance on a C-Max. The car was done on the estimated time they said it would take. Jake, the service guy was great. Very professional and friendly. This is the only place I have taken my Fords over the years. They have the official Ford parts and knowledge.

So many things wrong. The salesman was great. The financial guy made so many errors in our paperwork including wrong name on paperwork, wrong phone numbers and emails. The cherry on the sundae was getting the title and the wrong birthdate listed! Spoke with management and doubt they did anything about this guy!

Although the service was speedy and friendly.
I was charged $950 for a part, which can be purchased for $50 at 4 local auto parts stores.
I contacted AutoNation for an explanation, but NO ONE returned my message,

Had a very good experience purchasing a 2024 Expedition Max. Sales consultant, Richie, was very patient and answered all of our questions, showed us all of the features of the vehicle, made sure the vehicle was perfect fit for our lifestyle and needs. First of all I needed to have my 2019 Ford Edge ST get the paint coating redone on my car due to the damage caused by a deer. When I purchased my Edge ST it came with Ford's special coating so it was covered under my insurance claim. I also needed my regular service so they were able to schedule them both at the same time. They provided me with a shuttle home and delivered it back to me finished later that afternoon. First of all I didn't expect it back so soon and when I check it out I was completely in awe with the work that they done! My Edge was completely detailed inside and out and the tires were also polished! I live one mile from another Ford dealership but I choose this place several miles from my home for a very good reason! Thank you AutoNation White Bear Lake!
