Return window is 7 days, never have the books we need for class, and the website is cumbersome.

It's disappointing to go to a bookstore in the college I attend that DOSENT have the books I need for the classes I'm taking AT the college.. this has happened twice now. I will now have to arrive to my first class unprepared and order my book online. Hopefully it comes in a timely manner.
