I have been going here for years and even when my primary employee isn't available, I have had good experiences with others. Overall good results consistently and would recommend. Any bad reviews for a hair salon are typically results of poor communication from the customer.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!!Lisa seemed under the influence of something, talking about animal skulls and repeating herself should have been a huge red flag. She cut my hair 7 inches shorter than we spoke about even after I showed her a picture of me after my last long layer trim. Multiple times we addressed keeping it SHOULDER LENGTH but she chopped it like a child with scissors. Amy seemed annoyed and complacent when I was upset and confused as to why I called to ask for the managers number and she was there. I was told it’s a franchise and the owner never answered when I called. I repeat DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HER AT ANY “COST”.

I gotta say this is the best hair cutting places that me and my mom ever been too. They are so accommodating to my mom needs. It was a calming and relaxing environment for both of us. Lisa did an amazing job cutting my mom’s hair. Lisa was super great to both of us.
