I’ve been a storage unit user for almost a year at this location. Jen and Luanne have been outstanding and amazingly helpful anytime I have needed anything. From staying a few moments late so I wouldn’t get locked in the parking lot, to ensuring my units were properly cleaned and readily available move in date. Answering any questions I have had in a timely and professional manner. They have made me feel very welcomed and always have a smile when I come in person to the site. I am not just not another customer. They are lucky to have them as employees here!

I have used US Storage at White Bear for my boat for several years. The facilities are first class and the staff is super responsive and accommodating. I can highly recommend the storage facility.
