How can a pharmacy close for a lunch break? There are sick and hurt people that have been to the Dr and given a prescription that needs to be filled in a timely manner. But no, the pharmacy staff goes on lunch break all together from 1:30-2:00 so wait or come back. Thanks for nothing!

I want to be transparent here and say I have never been to this CVS location. Although, It is important for people to know how their attitudes effect people. It was Friday night and we were having my sister-in-law and her boyfriend over for a fun filled evening of viewing snow sculptures, shark shots, and discussions around get quick rich schemes. When the boyfriend (we will call him Kane) arrived, he was noticeably crabby. When we asked Kane what was wrong, he shared his experience in the store. He was going to pick up a prescription and was given disappointing news. It wasn't the news that was upsetting to him, it was the poor attitude and tone of the people who were "helping" him.A good attitude and empathy towards others goes a long way.I'll be contacting your company for reimbursement of the multiple shark shots I had to buy to turn Kane's night around.PS. I also have a great idea for a new pill. DM me if that is a thing on here.

The White Bear CVS has a good crew working behind the drug counter.

I do not recommend this pharmacy and will be looking for a new place to fill any prescriptions. Somewhere that treats customers with kindness and good manners.

So wish I'd read the honest, negative reviews about the crabby pharmacy staff before my husband and I switched our recurring prescriptions here. It's the closest, big pharmacy to us, but nevertheless we'll switch to a different one. I've had it with the cold, impersonal, short-tempered people behind the pharmacy counter. David is the worst. Today he snidely put down an old man who had trouble hearing and needed his meds ASAP. Not only that, today I needed an expensive drug that my doctors office found had a GOODRX coupon- CVS cost was still $20 more than some other pharmacy prices.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 6+ years now because I have a few maintenance prescriptions that I need to take daily. For all these years, not one staff person has taken an interest in me or knows my name. They always seem abrupt and unfriendly. There's never a "Hi, how are you today?" It's always just "Name and date of birth?" with no smile. They are consistently cold and give off a "I've got better things to do"-type vibe. Look, I get that they must have a lot of demands from people (especially with COVID) but come on! I'm about ready to change where I get my medications.

No stars for the Pharmacy! They all seem crabby and not nice. Ever heard of customer service. The pharmacist has no personality. Will not return to this location.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. I use them infrequently as I always inadvertently transferred there when my hometown pharmacy got run under by the big corporations. Three times in the past 2 weeks I've called ahead, waited on hold from 10-20 minutes, been told they could have medication ready in 20 minutes, arrived 20 minutes later only to be told it will take another 20 minutes. They state that it's been very busy- they should hire additional staff or at least give an honest time estimate rather than keep people waiting. I've encountered 4 different people face to face during this time and only one of them even apologized for the poor communication.

Very very nice front store staff I've been in and out of this store for years and they only keep improving. Decided to give them a review now because I was recently in line just wanting to buy a few items, just a quick in and out and the line was huge! The young man ringing had called for backup several times and no one came and he was getting the line down very quickly until this very rude lady started complaining about different things in the store to him and wouldn't just shush up and pay. And then she started berating him for "not listening" he handled it very well and just continued ringing with a smile. Eventually I got to being rung up(mind you it has been over 20 minutes and still no one came to help) and i myself start telling him how well he handled that situation and through all that he still had nothing negative to say! Now it's always nice to see him when I stop by and I believe his name is ezekiel or something biblical like that.

Pros: nice, clean store that always has what I need. Front end staff nice. Cons: Their pharmacy staff, especially some people that have worked there a while, are incredibly rude and nasty, even if you smile and are nice back.

Everyone who works at the pharmacy seems to hate their life. Terrible service, and terrible people.
