I read somewhere in the reviews that a woman was mad that the pharmacy closes for lunch. I hope she was joking because anyone who works a certain amount of hours in a position should be taking a lunch; maybe she doesn't work so she doesn't understand that breaks are not only a requirement, but are also needed. My only issue with this location is they never answer their phone when you try to call them. Otherwise I have no issues with the staff besides one gentleman who must have been fired soon after my encounter with him because I don't see him there anymore. He was just very rude to me and I told another employee about it because he wouldn't come back to speak to me after that. The current staff however, are fine and do their best to keep the line moving quickly and efficiently.

How can a pharmacy close for a lunch break? There are sick and hurt people that have been to the Dr and given a prescription that needs to be filled in a timely manner. But no, the pharmacy staff goes on lunch break all together from 1:30-2:00 so wait or come back. Thanks for nothing!

The cashier (Lynne) is only nice to certain people. When I had an issue with cookies I had just purchased, I was shorted on the return and told to call corporate if I had a problem. The manager wasn't any better. The store is a mess with no prices on many items.

Couldn't do a money order cause the "machine doesn't work" and I was still trying to buy something but got ushered into a self checkout that didn't take cash, just walked out

I want to be transparent here and say I have never been to this CVS location. Although, It is important for people to know how their attitudes effect people. It was Friday night and we were having my sister-in-law and her boyfriend over for a fun filled evening of viewing snow sculptures, shark shots, and discussions around get quick rich schemes. When the boyfriend (we will call him Kane) arrived, he was noticeably crabby. When we asked Kane what was wrong, he shared his experience in the store. He was going to pick up a prescription and was given disappointing news. It wasn't the news that was upsetting to him, it was the poor attitude and tone of the people who were "helping" him.A good attitude and empathy towards others goes a long way.I'll be contacting your company for reimbursement of the multiple shark shots I had to buy to turn Kane's night around.PS. I also have a great idea for a new pill. DM me if that is a thing on here.

Each and every time I have a prescription called in to this store, I am told it is not ready when I arrive and to come back in 15-20 minutes. Prescriptions called in at 8:30am are not ready by 5:30pm. I expressed frustration and was met with condescending hostility by the pharmacist. DO NOT bring your business here.

This cvs has the most rude staff in the pharmacy I’ve ever encountered and it’s constant not just one bad day I’ve reported their rude service to corporate twice and still no improvement so after 15 years it’s Walgreens here we come

My husband and I can’t thank David in the pharmacy enough. He has been a huge help to us with advise and finding coupons to make my diabetic supplies way more affordable! He goes above and beyond to help us since my diagnosis 4 years ago. Thank you David. You make a HUGE difference in this crazy world!

Very happy with this CVS location. I recently switched from the County E CVS to here due to poor service there (multiple times). However, this location was excellent. My prescription was filled and ready very timely and service at the window was speedy as well. Will be using this location from now on.

We had an unexpected script needed (while on vacation) and this pharmacy location went the extra mile to coordinate everything so we could have our prescription timely. Excellent service, above and beyond!

I was cutting it close trying to get there before they closed at 10 but I only like about 2 min away. Just to make sure, I called ahead and talked to a male staff while I was omw there and explained that I would be getting there right around close. He said we close in 2 min and I replied that I would be there in 2 min. He asked if I was needing to buy a bunch of stuff and I said no, I only needed one thing: *prilosec (omeprazole) for the intense heartburn I was currently suffering from. He said ok and I said thank u so much, I will be there in just a sec. I was parking not even a min later right in front of the store. I ran to the door and it was locked so I knocked and the female staff was standing right there and informed me that the store was closed. I told her that I was the person who just called and I had talked to a staff. She told me with a snotty attitude and a smug look on her face that they had already pulled their register drawers. I was disappointed and confused, explaining that that's why I called ahead. It then turned 10:01pm and with the same smugness she half smiled and said the doors are locked, I can't let u in here. So u turned and walked back to my car. And now I understand that if they close at 10 then that's when they close And they are not obligated to keep the store open even one minute longer, Even if I call ahead. But they could have said that on the phone when I called and told me they would not be able to keep the store open if it was past 10 o'clock on the dot, and not told me ok. But even more than that, it was the incredibly condescending way the woman Intentionally spoke AT me. I got back in my car. Maybe 2 minutes later, before I pulled away to go home I watched as they unlocked the doors to let out their last customer (wonder how he was still able to pay for his stuff since for me it clearly would have been impossible) it really was just a very negative experience with staff, not even counting the fact that I couldn't get what I came for. Terrible attitudes and less than 0% customer service.
