This pharmacy only leads to dissapointment. 45 min robot calls. Prescriptions not being prepared and ready for pick up. Horrible online system. They had my customer info wrong leading to me getting my meds 2 months late, within that time my auto immune disorder ruined me. They price gouge their customers out of hundreds to thousands on pills they get pressed for Pennies. The entire pharmaceutical industry is a scam but we, as the consumers, are left to deal with the greater of evils. CVS you guys are doing the devils work. Don’t do business with cvs unless you want a terrible experience, and want your medication to be late. CVS you are awful. I would also like anyone reading this to know that these large scale corporations can pay google or other services to have robot google accounts leave reviews, ignore the 4 star rating they have, they just payed to have it look nice.

Spend too much time stocking seasonal items, junk food, and CVS branded items. Not a very good selection on the name brand items.

CVS in White Bear Lake is a clean, well laid out pharmacy. It has all the essentials found in a normal CVS (medicine, health goods, snacks, beverages, local high school fanwear, toys, etc.). It's also conveniently located right off of highway 61.

I read somewhere in the reviews that a woman was mad that the pharmacy closes for lunch. I hope she was joking because anyone who works a certain amount of hours in a position should be taking a lunch; maybe she doesn't work so she doesn't understand that breaks are not only a requirement, but are also needed. My only issue with this location is they never answer their phone when you try to call them. Otherwise I have no issues with the staff besides one gentleman who must have been fired soon after my encounter with him because I don't see him there anymore. He was just very rude to me and I told another employee about it because he wouldn't come back to speak to me after that. The current staff however, are fine and do their best to keep the line moving quickly and efficiently.

How can a pharmacy close for a lunch break? There are sick and hurt people that have been to the Dr and given a prescription that needs to be filled in a timely manner. But no, the pharmacy staff goes on lunch break all together from 1:30-2:00 so wait or come back. Thanks for nothing!

This recent visit was my 3rd time there and I was greeted, CVS team members are pleasant to chat with which is great in my book. The store was clean and organized.

I want to be transparent here and say I have never been to this CVS location. Although, It is important for people to know how their attitudes effect people. It was Friday night and we were having my sister-in-law and her boyfriend over for a fun filled evening of viewing snow sculptures, shark shots, and discussions around get quick rich schemes. When the boyfriend (we will call him Kane) arrived, he was noticeably crabby. When we asked Kane what was wrong, he shared his experience in the store. He was going to pick up a prescription and was given disappointing news. It wasn't the news that was upsetting to him, it was the poor attitude and tone of the people who were "helping" him. A good attitude and empathy towards others goes a long way. I'll be contacting your company for reimbursement of the multiple shark shots I had to buy to turn Kane's night around. PS. I also have a great idea for a new pill. DM me if that is a thing on here.

The horrible treatment received by the staff at cvs today was such that I am concerned about abuse of the elderly and disabled with that company's culture. I'm 66 years old and was terribly maltreated today. I wonder if the attorney general's office should become involved. In other reviews here, patients are waiting more than 10 days for prescriptions to be filled. One patient was hung up on! These are vulnerable adults in many cases. Who is protecting them? Certainly not Tony the maybe pharmacist. What pharmacist is clearly dishonest and maltreatment people. Why is he even in the pharmaceutical industry? Someone needs to rethink him being there and the same with the tech. He ran my immunization through insurance and then refused the immunization. I don't even trust that he reversed the charge. I guess I need to really think at length about this and contact more people like the insurance company, attorney generals office who covers vulnerable adults, and his governing board about his license. How many other cvs pharmacists are that bad?

So wish I'd read the honest, negative reviews about the crabby pharmacy staff before my husband and I switched our recurring prescriptions here. It's the closest, big pharmacy to us, but nevertheless we'll switch to a different one. I've had it with the cold, impersonal, short-tempered people behind the pharmacy counter. David is the worst. Today he snidely put down an old man who had trouble hearing and needed his meds ASAP. Not only that, today I needed an expensive drug that my doctors office found had a GOODRX coupon- CVS cost was still $20 more than some other pharmacy prices.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 6+ years now because I have a few maintenance prescriptions that I need to take daily. For all these years, not one staff person has taken an interest in me or knows my name. They always seem abrupt and unfriendly. There's never a "Hi, how are you today?" It's always just "Name and date of birth?" with no smile. They are consistently cold and give off a "I've got better things to do"-type vibe. Look, I get that they must have a lot of demands from people (especially with COVID) but come on! I'm about ready to change where I get my medications.
