I was supposed to pick up a rental today while my truck was being repaired from an accident. I went it to say I wouldn't be taking their rental. The employees were more informative and helpful than the insurance agent had been. They said a car was reserved for pick up he 19th to 14th so they would leave that in place and just give them a call once I know when I'll need the rental. Easy Breezy!

So i get the car on friday it smelled like heavy cologne ,didnt think much about it , brought it home put it in the garage and i didn't need it till today/sunday .when i got in the car it smells like cigarette smoke that they tried to cover up . and the car was not cleaned before i got it.

Great service directly from the auto body shop, easy check in, after hours drop off. Very easy and nice vehicle too. Bonus it was the same vehicle my drives daily.

I've used this location now several different times now, since the auto body shop is only about 8-9 away. From the first time I've used them to just recently, I have been greeted with nothing but kindness. Even after a last minute cancelation, then in the same week a short notice rescheduling and accommodation. Absolutely amazing!!!

I just went to pickup a rental from Enterprise and they rejected my Mastercard. I then went to load money on my Visa and Enterprise rejected that? I also asked if I could pull $300 from an atm and they said no. The guy was real rude and seemed to enjoy I couldn't pay for it. He tried to act like something was wrong with my card when it was clearly their system rejecting it. They said I needed to open a bank account and get a new card just to rent a vehicle. So I had to cancel my Windy's collision center drop off again. The short white balled dude was smirking the whole time. They use a dumb tablet to run your credit card, so no 4 digit pin verification. Funny, I rented a car from Enterprise in Florida with the same payment method and had no issues. I will never do business with them again.

They gave me a car with expired tabs.When I picked up the car and was driving home, I noticed the hood was shaking. I pulled over (on the highway) and checked the hood. It was not shut all the way. The car leaked about 6 spots of oil all over my newly sealcoated driveway.The staff was very friendly. My insurance covered the rental. 3 days before my agreement was up, they did upgrade me to a different car at no charge.

Called to get a vehicle through my insurance due to hailstorm damage making mine undrivable. They set me up with an appointment 3 days later, bummer, but the best that they could do as they wererunning out of vehicles. Very happy with my rental van. Process was smooth and the representative came out anotated previous scratches, door dings, then showed and explained how to keles start the hybred van.So far so good. Still waiting on the estimate and repair of my van.

Sought to re t a car. Problem with my license. Got the problem fixed and they refused to rent to me because I "was rude to them on the phone". Hertz just picked me up.

Customer service was excellent! Another car rental company fell through, and Enterprise of White Bear was quick to accommodate as I needed a car on the spot. Unfortunately, my car had gotten stolen and needed a rental car ASAP. Sam was super helpful, provided a truck that was brought in that morning and cleaned it up while I was there. Plus, he made the paperwork and process seamless. I was so thankful they had a truck available since that was my daily driver and preferred vehicle. Thank you Enterprise for always providing great service no matter the location. You have earned a loyal customer!

I rented a car from this location twice first time was for my hinges on my jeep then had to re schedule for another time on the hinges. So i rented a car last monday rented a Toyota corolla not a bad car to drive when your use to sitting up higher. Can't complain it was a free rental barnett jeep was paying for it.

In a very stressful time all the employees here have been wonderful! We’ve needed to have a rental extended for a few weeks and everyone we’ve talked to has been really great about it and very understanding about our situation.
