“went in for my annual physical and dr. vik noticed it had been a while since my last blood work, me being a ball of anxiety not mentally preparing for blood work I almost fainted during my blood draw. Kim my nurse helped my IMMEDIATELY, was able to grab 2 other nurses and help move me to lay down on the table. Thankfully I only lost my vision and didn’t faint! I’ve been to quite a few and they’re one of the very best. came here for the first time with a number of concerns and every single one of them was addressed, and continued to be addressed as my symptoms progressed. I was a big baby doing some tests but the nurses were very kind and they laughed at my jokes. I see Dr. Xiong as my primary care and he is always on time, a great listener and quick to respond to care messages when i have a question or concern. I also just spoke on the phone with a woman named Abigail who called me to follow up about a care messages i sent about my insurance and medication and she was wonderful.
