Dan and Beth Reilly are untrustworthy realtors. They dropped my aging parents in the final step of making an offer on a condo in Edina. Dan and Beth knew the top price my parents could offer and chose to represent a different couple on the day that ‘highest and best’ offers were due. True snakes with big fake smiles.

Dan and Beth were amazing to work with! We were in a rush to buy a house last spring because of our family situation, and since this was our dream home, we had a lot of criteria. Even with the urgency, they never pressured us or rushed us into making a decision. Instead, they kept giving us suggestions, walked through every house with us, pointed out details, and gave us great advice so we knew what to look out for.
They also did their best to help us negotiate and secure the home we wanted, despite the market shortage and bidding wars. I’m so grateful for their support and patience during such a stressful time. We love our home and couldn’t have done it without them! Highly recommend!

Beth and Dan are exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home! In this current market, with many homes going for way more than the asking price, with multiple offers and selling within 48 hours of hitting the market, they helped us navigate the ups and downs of buying our first home. At each step, we felt listened to and properly guided.
Beth and Dan are deeply connected in the Twin Cities community, and have a network of reliable, affordable and friendly folks (just like them!) to call for home inspections, sewer line inspections, tackling foundation concerns, tree cutting, and more.
They not only have fun working together and their clients, but they are also really fun and good people! We were clients, and quickly became friends. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Dan and Beth, and their team of people. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

We bought/sold our home with Dan and Beth. There are no words to describe how awesome these two are. They handled literally everything and the web of experts that they have to help with all aspects of buying and selling a home is amazing. For example, Dan has THE BEST inspection guy who found that the foundation was collapsing (not visible to the naked eye), this led to Dan bringing in his foundation expert, who gave us options and estimates on how to fix it. We ultimately walked away from that offer and Dan handled that for us as well. Beth came into our home that we were selling and gave us all of the direction we needed to get it ready for the sale. She did all of the market analysis (as an engineer by trade I really appreciated a fact based approach) to derive the asking price. Low and behold we bought our home below our max and sold our home for over asking (<48 hours after it hit the market). I now consider them my friends and so do our kids. Is there a 6 star rating? They deserve it!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Beth and Dan concerning the sale of my house.It was a bit more complex than usual particularly because I am now living overseas and recently married.Everything was handled patiently and methodically and I was kept well informed every step of the way.
