Fair pricing, friendly fast service, slow-leak (nail in tire) was solved in less than an hour. Free Wi-fi was an unexpected bonus, so I could get some work done while my tire was quickly repaired.

GP’s (formerly Fred’s) offers premium tires at great prices. I’m very particular when it comes to my ride, and they have done a fantastic job from start to finish. All the employees are great, but I want to give a shout out to Mark. Extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. My family has been coming to this location for many years, and I do not feel the need to go elsewhere.Highly recommended:-)

We have used this shop multiple times for tire service. Almost always we are buying tires online and then this shop mounts them. Super friendly staff. Very polite. Not at all pushy that we aren't buying tires from them. Treat my wife nice also as lots of places seem to not treat women well. Will always recommend them.

One of two places I've gone to for my auto repairs. At the first place (Knutsens), they lied to me and told me that the issue for my car was something else entirely using misleading language, then gave me a priority list for car repairs that conveniently went in order from most to least expensive to fix. I have since stopped going there and instead came here to GP Auto. They told me to wait on getting a part until they confirmed that the code my car was throwing was correct, then when the code was confirmed they told me exactly how the part was broken and fixed it the same day I brought the part in. The few times I've come back since have been similar, with them telling me outright not to pay for certain services because it would probably do nothing. They could have chosen to act like the other shop and rip me off for more money, but they instead stood by their promise of "Customer First" and would only do what was best for my vehicle.TL;DR: This place cares far more about the customer than their profits, and I won't be going anywhere else for a long, long time.

Replaced brakes and rotors July 2022 called and asked about warranty as the rotors seem bad already! I was told there is no warranty on rotors. Really not even 1 year later I am at another repair place having rotors redone! Here at least they warranty rotors for 1 year! Horrible customer service. I have been using this place for almost 25 years through owner change and I will find somewhere else to use from now on.

Mark was very pleasant and helped us fix a puncture in our tire. The job was completed in 25 minutes and was under $30. Definitely would recommend.

Way overpriced for tires. Was quoted over 30% more than other shops for the same set of tires. Not even if I got a flat infront of their store haha.

Absolutely the best place I've used for tires. Not even close. Will be bringing all my vehicles there for any work needed

I had a great experience with GP's Minnesota Wholesale repair shop. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car, and yes literally fixed it. I'll definitely be coming back, and Mark Morrrison gave us great customer service and a smile. He even asked us how our summer vacation was making the experience more than just a transaction. You really don't get that kind of service now a days. Easy 5 stars from me.

I was not expecting my car until Monday but they stayed late and got it done. I had been looking for a new repair shop and I definitely found it.

Terrible experience... Looking for used tires for an older truck. Fred's said they had the tires and made an appointment for a week out. Get there, they say they actually don't have those tires. But a set a bit smaller that would do. Told us it would that it would be about two hours, despite having an apointment, but ok. So we gave him our number. Almost two hours later we headed back. To find out that they didn't even have those tires!! And no one bothered to call us? But, they had yet another set that would fit. But we would have to sign a waiver because they don't recommend we drive on them?? We said forget it. The mechanic who pulled our truck around said he had the right tires. But that he was told to pull it around because we didn't want them??

Took my vehicle to GP formally Fred's tire and wholesale to get my Avalanche allignment done was in and out great quick service and fair price, but after I got the allignment about a month later I took it to my mechanic to get a stabilizer installed after I got the stabilizer bar installed I picked up my truck from the mechanic who had stated the tie rod nut had not been tightened completely. I had called GP tire and spoke with Mark reguarding the fact he said that if the tierod nut had been loose the tire would have fallen off, as I was explaining this to him and asking if they would warranty it due to this fact he stated I'd have to lay for it to get a realignment. I said I thought you warranty your allignments and he said we do but I hardly think that they didn't tighten the tierod nut when they did the allignment and began to argue with me about the tierod nut being loose and had laughed at least 5 times while I was explaining the situation and my problem so I canceled my appointment and stated I would not be bringing my truck there to get an allignment anymore.
