This Goodwill is frequently described as the best in the metro area. It is noted for being very clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. The store has a huge variety and a great selection, including great brands, suits, children's clothing, toys, craft supplies, home decor, and seasonal items like Halloween costumes and Christmas decor. Prices are very reasonably priced, with gems found at a great price. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with specific praise for a helpful cashier and helpful drop-off service where donors did not have to wait. The organization is highlighted, with clothes placed by size and price tags placed carefully to avoid damage. As a second-hand thrift store, some items like toys may be missing pieces, so customers are advised to look things over well before purchasing. Some shoppers wish the store would bring back fitting rooms. Overall, the team is doing a great job with great management.

Manager Rob is very unkind. He was rude and snarky at check out. Evidently he’s gone now too… other employees happier now.
