My hair texture is kinda odd. It's not curly but definitely got weird waves but I've never had an issue getting a hair cut until today. The lady was incredibly kind and nice. Service was great, but when I got home, my friend asked if I saw the back of my head 😂😭. I was pretty shocked. This was after i straightened it, but it looks the same way wavy. It's slightly less noticeable if i really scrunch it up. I probably should have asked for a dry cut. So if you have wavy or curly, I suggest asking to dry cut first.

The ladies at this place are awesome,
They make the experience very easy going and fun! Very knowledgeable on mens haircuts too, highly recommended getting a cut there!

I have had 4 hair cuts at this location the best untill this last Saturday May 4th horrible experience horrible haircut .stylist complained about having to lean forward hurt her back ad makes her crabby. Should not work in customer service setting.

Took my son for a basic haircut and this is what he ended up with. The lady tried to fix it by cutting it shorter and it looks worse. They did nothing to fix the problem and wanted full payment

The two young ladies operating in that store are very pleasant. The one young lady I wish I could remember her name was very funny it’s been a while since my haircut, but I enjoyed our conversation I was so comfortable felt like I’ve known them forever. There was no wait. i Plus, it was a very clean Store. That great clips on White Bear is my favorite.

This location I have been there for nearly 6 years on off. The staff changes too frequently. This last one is probably going to be my last at the location. The lady did not give me my receipt or ask if I wanted. As soon as the CC processed she give me an condenscending rude "bye" as if she is too white to serve an Asian man. Must be that I didn't tip her? Avoid.
