The experience was subpar and highly unsatisfactory. Despite renting a Tesla, the vehicle’s charging capacity was limited to a mere 130 miles, necessitating frequent stops every two hours for recharging. Furthermore, unauthorized charges appeared on my card, prompting numerous attempts to seek clarification through customer service channels, which proved futile as I was consistently redirected to different departments without resolution, resulting in a frustrating cycle. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot endorse renting from Hertz. Their customer service, in particular, fell short of expectations, exacerbating the overall ordeal of dealing with the company.

Mia (WB Hertz) was very flexible and accommodating in meeting my car rental needs! Props to Gino as well. Including switching vehicles part way through the rental, extending the timeframe, dropping off and picking up the rental at my house, working with my insurance company while my car was in the shop, and arranging for a vehicle with hand controls. I was impressed and highly recommend renting from them!

Amazing teamwork displayed, outstanding customer service and superb support from staff:). They really made my experience great from car selection to best package for my long road trip. I was dumb to not look at their reviews on Google because they're horrible! Snd the ones on Yelp aren't too great either. And I had the experience to back it up. They were full of repeated misinformation, their cars smelled like smoke, the general manager Brock looked unprofessional and very unkept - no Hertz clothing, just ratty pants and an NFL team sweatshirt plus a baseball cap. Not only did he not look like an employee much less a manager, but he acted very much UNLIKE someone in customer service. Absolutely no customer service skills and full of attitude. On top of that, he was rude, mean and full of threats - both physical and verbal. I've never been pointed at and met with such derogatory behavior as a woman. This man needs to learn how to respect people, especially women. Typical chauvinist who thinks he's always right and everyone else is wrong. I've never seen a manager run after a customer like he was going to beat the person up and have to be held back by his employees until I saw it that day as I was sitting in a chair watching his terribly unbelievable behavior. I'm glad they have cameras. This man has absolutely no clue how to keep his cool and represent a customer service position. Hertz should be ashamed to have him leading any branch, yet alone working for them and representing them. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Never in all my years on this earth - and in all my years of renting cars - have I had such a wicked, shocking and overall horrendous experience.

Don't recommend it. The man working the desk was on his cell phone and wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to him. Reserved a rental car for a business trip, went to pick it up, but left without it unfortunately. There was a different employee that walked by who seemed nice and was eager to help, but the other employee at the desk was very rude.

Horrible. Dropped the car off. Gas tank was full. Cleaned out other than salt/snow which I was told was “no issue and was expected with kids.” (I have three.) Was charged an initial 50$ refundable fee. No big deal. Car smelt like smoke, nobody here smokes due to a child with heart issues. Returned the car Sunday and today was charged $175 fee. No call. No email. No explanation. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau and reporting as a fraudulent transaction. Worst part was, StateFarm put me in this car due to their insured causing a crash. We had the car over a month, did they expect it spotless?

Incredibly helpful and easy to work with! They helped me sort out the issues I had with the Saint Paul (East Kellogg Avenue) location and allowed me to pick up my reservation within a few hours' notice. They were upfront about pricing and provided me a vehicle that's even slightly better than the one I own (I am using the rental through my car insurance).

Easy to see why Hertz falls on the wayside compared to enterprise. No follow through in the form of a call back even when promised.If an auto shop doesn’t have an account set up, they will bill you and never tell you. Terrible company staffed by some of the worst the staffing world has to offer.Enjoy the little bit of time you have left in business before your story becomes a KMART one.

Rented car on Expedia that has the wrong address.When mentioning the wrong address to the manager he said since we were Expedia customer certain matter we could rent somewhere else what a j*** I would suggest nobody ever rent from this company again

We booked a HERTZ vehicle rental through Expedia which was fast and easy. We got a newer Nissan Rogue midsize SUV. Overall, the vehicle itself was reliable for the 5 days we had it.Location seems really sketchy. The parking lot needs renovation and looks a bit like a dump. The waiting room is very small couldn't be bigger than 10 x 10. Smelled like someone smoked inside the waiting room.Service is terrible. Even though we saved money booking through a third party, we were charged extra for being 30 minutes early to pickup the vehicle. When we returned the vehicle we did not get credit for early return. It should go both ways. Front two tires were different brand than rear and were basically bald. I did not trust the tires to last through the trip and they should have been serviced prior to any customer because this was a safety hazard.Would not recommend to family, friends, or enemies. Will not be back.

Booked a shuttle van reservation and they couldn't locate it when I arrived (said they don't offer them anymore). Gave me a replacement SUV and the battery died in a grocery store parking lot 5 days into a multi-week reservation. After much back/forth with Hertz emergency services team, Hertz picked up the vehicle and charged me for a full week of use, despite having it for only 5 days. Michael P. in their customer service dept said all they could do was charge week by week. They also charged me a fee for not refilling the tank of gas... on a vehicle that broke down and left me stranded.

One of the worst place to rent a car. Simply scamming and misleading by peoples who seat there. Bad service. I rented car for less two weeks ended up paying more. Very bad experience I never had. Never again

Very pleased with our rental experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. They worked with our insurance company when needed, which was helpful. Vehicle was clean and in great condition. And, they picked up the rental for us when we had to get our other vehicle picked up on short notice and a tight schedule. Would definitely utilize them again.

Place smells of cigars along with the vehicles...horrible!!
