Keller Properties, Inc. manages my townhome community. They have always been fair and treated me kindly. Most importantly they helped our community develop a solid plan to prepare for our financial future. Property management is a thankless business.

I reported leaking roof, they said they couldn't do anything, but charged me 700$ for "documentation "! I complained to a decent board member. They waived the 700$, but they never did the work order. Consequently I have to pay thousands to an outside company to repair the roof which the association should have done for me for free because it is within their contracted responsibility. Then, they required me to pay thousands of dollars to repair a very minute dent on my garage door, a dent that has been there for 7 years without their notice, at the expense of my children's living necessities. When I complained, they hired a lawyer to write a "cease and desist" letter, and asked me pay exorbitant legal fee. Such despotic, unethical company should cease to exist! They didn't do their work orders and asked the people to pay out of their own pockets to have house repaired, which should be their responsibility. It is equivalent to stealing! I wish I could give them zero!!! As all the other reviewers commented on them. Stay away from them as much as you can! They are terrible terrible!

Horrible management company! They don’t respond to requests. I have a damaged gutter since October.. they said it’s my responsibility. Have asked for a copy of bylaws and they ignored my request. Gutter is completely broken and detached. Person in charge of manitou village has never been around to check property.

So let me get this straight...I pay an association fee and you can't even plow the driveways in a timely manner? In case you didn't know, people need to get to work. People need to get out. What if someone has an emergency and needs an ambulance? They can't get up the driveway. This is truly inexcusable on the part of Keller Properties. And don't give me the excuse of having this contracted out. It is your job to ensure these issues are taken care if in a timely manner.

Very unhelpful property management company. They manage a complex in which I own a home, but provide nearly zero help in managing the complex. I am looking for guidance on the type of decking I can use on the home and all I get is deflection and sarcasm from some guy named Hunter there. If there is someone at Keller that can actually help with a legitimate question, please contact me as Hunter is not up to the job. Choose another property management company if you can.
