Website said store had three of an item (large) avail, when asked at store because only one, scratched/sticky item was on the floor, associate said they was the only one and refused to take the damaged item from me and said I had to return the large item to the original location in the back of the store.

I stopped in to look for a small hand cart as I will be moving out of state shortly. I was very pleased with the help I received from Trey, who steered me through the different types of carts and ultimately bought one of the more expensive carts due to its (lower) weight and carrying (higher) weight, as well as other features I had not initially thought to ask about. I am very happy. Thanks, Trey, for taking the extra time with me, and then for loading in into my car! Can't fault his customer service

I normally don't leave 1 star reviews, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. It was probably the worst repair service experience I've ever had. I brought a Greenworks mower in for repair that wouldn't start. It took the technician 3 weeks to look at it, and then tell me the model was no longer supported for parts. There's nothing in the paperwork that said he even opened it up to make sure the connections were solid and area around the mower was clean. The notes only say the batteries work, and the unit never turned on, which is the whole reason I brought it in for a diagnostic.
The notes have no details on what part is broken, probably because the tech didn't actually open it up to look. Waste of $60, and 3 weeks of time. If you don't support Greenworks models out of warranty, and won't even open them up to diagnose what's broken, it would be better customer service to tell the client that right out of the gate.
Last, when I picked up the mower, the batteries were in it, which is a great way to ruin batteries per Greenworks, and the charger was literally dangling from the handle by the cord. It gave the feeling that the people there weren't even making an effort to care about it at all.

I've gone to the store countless times in the last 10-15 years. I purchased an $800 air compressor about ut a year and a half ago. I also purchased the extended warranty I'm pretty sure it was 5 years, if not three At the very least. registered it online everything. Can't find it in the store computer. Gives me a flyer and says call this number. okay I call the number and the number keeps telling me that something will call me back at time. Time is when they'll call me back.... "Time" is when I will receive a call back. What the heck is time? I'm sorry I don't understand this jargon. I tell you this Northern tool, there is way too much competition out there for y'all to be giving people around on stuff and making people have to work for something to pay for It should be simple it should be easy I shouldn't have to register once I pay for it it should just be done and legit but no you make people go in circles and jump through hoops. We all know the reason why you do that is because then most people are going to give up and not follow through with it I'm sure there is a statistic somewhere that proves My opinion which is not just my own as mamy others strangers and non-strangers alike that I have spoke to about this.
So y'all get extra money easy peasy. then when a person does register it and they call the 800 number you Tell him you'll call him back at time. I can't even tell you how much control it took for me not to make a scene at the store today because it's not a cheap tool and it's giving me hell and I'm out of compressor which really puts a huge damper on my business and the work I do.
I'm surl I will not be back and nor will my referrals that I brought in there especially the one that you were rude to because he didn't speak any very well Good friend of mine my neighbor I bought them there cuz I talked highly of you He admired some of the things I had bought from you and I brought him there and then you guys talked rude to him but he didn't speak very good English and brought a tool back that you guys warrantied for him
