I love this boutique and Riley is fantastic. The former manager, Andrea, was also fantastic but has since moved on. There are a couple of other sales consultants whom I appreciate, too, though the quality of their customer service and appreciation of repeat customers is hit-or-miss. They claim to be affordable and some of their pricing is just that, however, some of the materials are of crappy quality and similar designs are actually offered elsewhere in the TC metro for more competitive pricing. Target, Macy's, and other TC based companies work pretty closely with some of the same Los Angeles design houses. And wise consumers know they can always shop designer outlet. Primp as a company doesn't seem to understand who they are selling to (professional women and business owners themselves aren't looking for cheap clothing that is going to come apart in a couple of washes on 'gentle cycle' and laying flat to dry; they are looking to buy clothes that last a lifetime).
The creator/founder seems to cater to a certain type of woman which doesn't bother me as much considering the color stories and styles offer a little something for everyone; however their sizing is not inclusive and very petite. Additionally, the marketing and branding just seems so, well, hyper caucasian elitist-bougie. Overall, my feelings re Primp are mixed but I will very likely continue to shop here and bring girlfriends here because I enjoy being a personal shopper and stylist to those friends I love whom live all over the the TC's and the globe.

So disappointed!. At the time I was there… About six months ago there were probably four or five other people in the store. every one of them were Welcomed and helped within moments of entering the store. I however, was never approached or greeted or anything by any of the staff. I had planned to do some serious shopping, but when I realized how I was being treated in relationship to everyone else in the store, I decided to leave. I will never go back and you have lost a good customer!

My aunt and I came here hoping to find some cute outfits for school. Primp did not disappoint! They had so many cute options at affordable prices, and the sales associate was very friendly! I’d highly recommend this boutique to any girl looking for cute clothing at decent prices.

Cute clothing but there was no help from staff whatsoever. They sat in the back corner and chatted with each other the entire time when there were about 5 customers in the store... Even when I got vocal about having no staff helping me out, they were completely oblivious.

I LOVE Primp WBL! The staff is always so friendly and patient with me as I try on literally everything in the store. Primp is my go to when I'm shopping for a new business outfit or a night on the town. I love the variety of inventory and that they have new items available every time I stop. Thanks for dressing this boss mama for success, Primp!

I’ve always loved shopping at Primp but todays visit was even better! I didn’t catch the sales associates names, but they were super friendly and helpful. My friend and I were shopping for outfits for our trip to Italy and found lots of good options. Even the other customers shopping were super friendly. It was a great experience!
