7 people are working only like 2 people in drive thru and 2 in store tell me why they don't have a simple 2 drink order ready with this many people it's ridiculous hey I love waiting 2o minutes why they stand there and do practically nothing it's not that hard

Ordered coffee in drivethrough. Lid popped off while bringing coffee into my car, burning my hands and spilling over seat. Barista insisted it was my fault and did nothing to help. Finally offered a few napkins. I've gotten coffee in drive-throughs for decades, first time this has happened. Was told Starbucks just started using a new design for lids and this has been happening to other people.

This is one of the nicest starbucks staff. So welcoming and quick to correct any issue.

I literally go here every single day. I tip 20 percent every single time and try hard to be flexible with wait times, wrong drink etc.After today I will drive past this Starbucks and an extra 10 mikes just to never give this location my business.I ordered 2 drinks via mobile order. Went through the drive through and got my drinks. Once I got the frap I immediately knew it was wrong, it has coffee. The worker insisted it did not so I took his word for it. They were slow and literally had one other customer.Had a sip and nope, coffee! I bring it back in and the guy tries to convince me I am wrong! Like what I see and taste are not there! Gaslighting!He sits and argues with me like I really am out here to scam and dang Frap out of Starbucks!Just rude and disgusting! Not the Starbucks cares, but I will never ever spend money at this location again!Oh, and the manager was right there during this interaction. She did not care either.Worst experience ever!I will go to Caribou from now on for my morning coffee. ✌?

I'm not a tea or coffee drinker, so I usually get a bottle of some kind of juice. The biggest negative for me is that the music is too loud. Hard to converse.

Very, very few people at this location are trained well. Either that or they don't listen/don't care. This is the closest Starbuck's to where I live and I can honestly say that over half of the drinks I've ordered from here have been made wrong. Also, I've seen the entire staff get turned over at least two times in less than a year. Pretty sure management/corporate is to blame, but they won't learn their lesson until you stop giving this location your business.

Friendly Staff and good drinks. The only thing I dislike is, I went there one time at 6am before work they were closed. Even though they say they open at 5:30am.The next time I go there, I asked one of the staff what time they open, she said that due to short staff sometimes they aren't open at the time it says on Google and to be safe to come at 7am. Which doesn't help me since I start work at that time. So it was a little disappointing that you don't know if you can rely on their times.Otherwise, any other time they are decent and make great drinks.

I went thru the drive thru, the young man a window was pleasant, someone paid it forward to me, I paid it forward to next person. My experience was good. Until my coffee, I only received a half of cup of coffee. Very disappointing ?

This place is disappointing. I had ordered a drink with cold foam and caramel drizzle just to see that they had forgotten my caramel drizzle which I paid for and just to watch them lazily drizzled it little on top. I had an order for my coffee as well and clearly instructed to leave the whip in my coffee because they kept leaving out the whip for my coffee. The girl who took my order told me “It already comes with whip” so I expected them to put whip cream this time just to see that they left it out again when I asked. Please get new employees, this place has gone horrible making lazy drinks. I don’t even mind to pay for the extra things, but clearly my money is being wasted if they can’t even make my drinks correctly. Hoping this Starbucks gets it together.

We visited this location for a meeting, and when I tried to place our order, I was told the registers were not working. If I wanted to place an order, I would need to either download the app. order and pay or get in my car and go through the drive-through to place my order and then come back in the store. I was unsure why they could not take orders on the drive-through register and serve them to customers inside. One Barista stated to another customer that they were short staffed as a reason people had to use the drive-through. Several customers just left, and we did not order anything. Due to the poor service, we will not schedule any future customer meetings at this store.

Just had my weekly drive thru at Starbucks. Everyone from the girl who took my order to the I chatted with at the window were SO SWEET and FRIENDLY!!!
