More hassle than any prior experience I've had with a bank before.Atm eats my card. Four weeks later and I still don't have my replacement in the mail.Today I had to grab some cash and the bank is inexplicably closed.

This bank is so much better than Wells Fargo, every time I come in to hear the employees are happy to talk and have a normal conversation versus stand there in silence. The whole time like Wells Fargo does also, USBank doesn’t scam their customers for tons of random fees.

This bank has changed its policies too many times for me to ever want to come back. I like US bank as a company, and this branch does have several amazing workers, but I’m sick and tired of the whiplash in their good and bad employees. Along with the policies always seeming different anytime I went, I am here to say that that was my last visit at this branch.

This US bank location is a hidden gem. I like that the lines are always short 1-3 people, if that. They are always friendly and have a lot of drive through lanes. :)

Megan (teller) is AMAZING! I went in to take care of some possible fraud on my account, and all of the personal bankers were busy. Megan promptly addressed and took care of the issue - no need to even sit down with a banker. She was quick, efficient, caring and understanding. It is employees like these who make all the difference!

The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly but there just isn’t any point in having a brick and mortar bank anymore. If they can’t do anything for you online or over the phone then they can’t do anything for you there either. I have to wait 14 days for a bank check in my name to be deposited; even though I already got 20$ from it when I deposited it in the ATM. It was 1500$. When I asked the people what was happening they just said someone in the back office flagged it and there was nothing they could do. They don’t know the rules any better than I do. No explanation - no way to negotiate it to process faster or keep it from happening again. They have umbrella rules that says they can take infinity time to deposit your check and if the weathers bad they can take even longer while at the exact same time : They can’t keep anyone from taking money from you - no way to delay transactions coming out of your account which happen real time and charge 36$ for every entry even though they don’t pay any of the entries. They take 36$ fee just for the computer denying the request although it costs them $0 dollars in extra work or expense. With everything happening I lost the job I had so I have been struggling but they are still charging me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees last year and this year. Go with whatever bank gives you better rates because big banks are even worse at taking your money than credit unions or online banks. Sorry guys at the bank I know your sweet and I don’t want you to loose your jobs but it’s time to face up. Move on with your careers to places that will value you more.

We have our mortgage with US Bank and we have had zero problems, and have always been treated very well, any issues, which are so tiny and so few, have been professionally handled, Awesome job US Bank

apparently they are blocking my account from purchasing crypto and say that its not allowed, . when a company tells you what you can and cant spend your money on its time to find another bank

The personal bankers are great, but the tellers are completely indifferent. Ive had multiple experiences where other US banks do a specific action, and at this bank, im given the blank affect and the "we dont do that." Frustrating.

The people are pleasant, but there seems to be an odd indifference here, particularly at the drive-up window. Why is there never a deposit slip or pen in the tube? How about a calendar at the window? What do you assume people are going to do at a drive-up window?
