“I can't get an answer on damage that was done to new vehicle during a warranty paint repair.
Purchased a new vehicle at the end of May 2024. The dealer was great about fixing some factory paint damage. However, I noticed there were new scratches and gouges after I picked it up from the paint repairs. I emailed the service department in mid-June 2024 with pictures of the damage. The service department referred me to the salesperson in an email. The salesperson never contacted me so I emailed the sales manager in July who also never contacted me. Maybe my emails are going to spam? Maybe my salesperson is on leave? Sales process was smooth, new vehicle pick up went great, but they are really falling down with a simple yes or no for fixing the paint damage.
Update: My emails had gone to spam. They have reached out and are fixing the problem.”
