hello, I would just like to say from experience never come to this post office. There’s a tall old white man that will disrespect your entire life before letting you ask a simple question. I am 20 years old and this grown man started yelling in my face. Do not come here if you want any type of good service. I give this place -54 stars.

Have a small business in White Bear Lake and have been doing business with them for about four years now. Recently the manager (Sharif) told our carrier to not pick up packages over 2lbs for some unknown reason. I was never informed as to why this is a new policy or something else. I have not had anyone contact me on this matter. I have also tried calling the local White Bear Lake office multiple times, but nobody picks up the phone. Wow! Great customer service.

The employees tend to be less grumpy than the average post office employee. However, it is impossible to get ahold of this location any way other than going in person. I have had multiple issues with not getting mail and packages delivered and not having mail picked up. They don't care at all, nor do they respond to redelivery requests.

Horrible, I have a certified letter that’s supposed to be delivered to me.. not one person has attempted to deliver the letter!! I’m supposed to stand at my mailbox for 10 hours a day waiting for the mailman!!? Come on this is ridiculous!!

Moved our business to WBL. Tried going into the office, calling and emailing to discuss mail delivery and pick up since I tried to put outgoing mail in our locked box and the mail carrier completely ignored it. No response to my calls or emails, and the man in the office was very rude and not helpful at all. Placed a note on our mail box to please deliver and pick up mail inside. Mail carrier completely ignored it and stuffed the mail in the top; through the one area I did not tape off. Unbelievable. Do they wonder why USPS has such a bad rep? It is shocking how bad it is.

Specifically the WBL PO.
2 packages from 2 different vendors both with correct address stating delivered but not to my house. Tracking numbers both say 605 and 606 left in box. Talk to mail guy who happened to just deliver our mails. Says oh we may have a guy out delivering packages too. Why would it then say delivered if it was not yet? Called PO only to get attitude. Just trash service and I do everything in my power NOT to use the USPS.

Gentleman at the counter assumed what I wanted and input it into the system without asking questions. When I asked about tracking, he got visibly frustrated and told me that the option he input didn't come with tracking. Then acted inconvenienced when I said I would require it. Kept sighing as I stood there filling out my customs form. Go to any other post office if you can manage it.

Ordered a package from Australia and got notified that it went through customs.
I did not receive any notifications after that for 3 days (I was checking daily. It was an expensive package.) When I finally got updates, it said it was in the post office, and they had attempted a delivery 2 times. But the address was off. I called customer support, and they told me they would have the local post office hold it and have them call me. They called me the next day to tell me the package was already getting sent back to Australia, and nothing could be done. I called customer support and even customs to stop the package. Now, my package is simply stuck in customs in Chicago, and usps can't do anything about it.
If these guys would've held my package for a few more days (instead of only 2 days!) to see if I called instead of sending it on an unstoppable journey all the way across the pacific ocean, I could've made the effort to puck the package up...
Instead, they sent me through hell and anxiety because this package is very important to me all because the delivery people are lazy or couldn't wait an extra day for my response. They were rude to me over the phone, blamed me for the error, and I can't stress enough how I will avoid having packages go through this post office for as long as I live.
