I have banked at WF approximately a year. The bank vice president helped me open my account. I have had only good experiences in the drive through and in the lobby, friendly, helpful and quick. The website runs smoothly. Their credit card gives me some nice cash back. All good at Wells Fargo, Hwy 61, White Bear Lake.

I had an appointment to set up a business bank account for 12:30. We went to the bank a couple of hours early, and the vice president of the bank, Michael Lang, took the time to squeeze us in early. The entire process was smooth. Michael was very helpful with answers to all of my questions. This is why I love Wells Fargo. Great Experience. Even the Branch Manager was helping out with all of the "new passwords. " :)Great Job Guys. Thank You!

Awful experience with Wells Fargo…. They closed my debit card for 12 months due to “misuse” they are saying which they won’t explain why or what they even means. I keep plenty of money in the account and have never bounced any checks or even overdrawn. Switching to a local credit union and going to the local new station.

They closed my account I had set up for a receiving benefits from a past family member and told me I can't reopen it with no warning at all talked to 3 different people on the phone first one said they couldn't help me second one hung up on me 3rd one ran me in loops and also hung up on me if they don't fix the issue I will be closing my other account and not bank with them anymore If you have an account with them I suggest not trusting them with much money at all I trust cash app more then Wells Fargo at this point that's how sad there notification system is

We stopped in here a few weeks ago to take care of some money transfers for our mortgage closing. In the past we have had long waits and very slow service at this location. We were helped by Ryan (personal banker) and Hope (teller), and they worked together ever so smoothly to help us get it done in a timely fashion. We really appreciate it!

How do these places still exist? Sat and waited close to 30 minutes, one teller, then was told needed to talk to a banker. Waited for a banker - 2 bankers met with one client. No sense of urgency. Poor experience for sure.

A couple of months ago I went in to close my mother's account as she had passed away. I waited a few minutes but it was not long and was worth the wait. The banker's name was Michael and he was very helpful with what I came in for as well as with some things for my own accounts there including using my phone to access and simplify things. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend him! Today I called this location about getting new checks to replace some outdated ones I had. I had questions beyond just ordering then online. Nate, who had answered the phone (so no waiting!), helped me and he, too, was extremely helpful and thorough. We have banked at WF for years using various locations, and the White Bear Lake location definitely provides that small town feeling and excellent service!

Went to sign closing documents at there was a problem with my ID. I could barely understand the banker i was with due to accent, mask and the quarter inch of plastic between us after telling him I'm hearing impaired and asking him to speak up he continued to mumble. I couldn't understand my banker and all I know is something is wrong with my ID. Was told I can do it online but couldn't tell me how, and now after an hour online and on hold with Wells Fargo I'm fed up. Received no help and it makes sense my entire family is switching banks.

I showed up with my son 45 minutes before closing time and I was sent away because they didn’t have enough time to help me. There was no line inside. There were two men, at their desks, no customer across from them and not on their phones. I have been with this bank for 17 years and I’ve never had horrible customer service, until today. Saying that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I may need to move my accounts elsewhere.

Service is absolutely atrocious. Yesterday sat in a lobby for over 20 min to get noticed. Today was told to wait 10 min for the notary. 10 min later I guy wave me over and then tells me if I am in a hurry I should go to UPS store in town. Maybe I should go to a different bank as well, seeing how you guys operate. I would understand if the branch was busy, but no, minimal amount of customers.
