I enjoy the pool and workout area. The only thing that was disappointing to me was the fact that people were able to come into the pool area in their street clothes, strip to their swimsuits and jump into the water without taking a shower.Doesn’t seem sanitary. Does this meet health regulations?

My child along with other children are told that they must shower prior to getting in the pool. YMCA however allows Muslim women and children to walk in off the street and swim in theirStreet clothes. What the deal

Open only 45 minutes for lap swim? Won't be able to get much value from my membership when there are so few available times to swim when our schedule allows. Feeling over-priced and inconvenient.

They are hard to deal with when it comes to delivery making it mote work for the delivery guy. All other YMCA are easy, drop pallet of product and drive.

Very good option in WBL area. Nancy Drake and Laura provided excellent customer service I've experienced in recent times. I'm glad that the service they provided helped me to register my kids in swim lessons on time. Really appreciate your help Nancy and Laura!Thanks Karl and Peter for wonderful parent child swim lessons. Special mention to Sarah and crew for well maintained Swimming facility.

I was struggling getting answers about my insurance reimbursement from Maplewood and eastside and Laura at the front desk went above and beyond to get answers for me. She even helped me with submitting an application for financial hardship due to losing my job. I am so appreciative and am hopeful that my family and I can continue a membership here. I love the classes, instructors and child care here too!

The staff at this facility are all exceedingly friendly, professional and kind. The facility is always extremely clean. During Covid, I can honestly say that this facility has the best cleaning standards and safety protocols out of any YMCA or any facility open to public. As an outdoor ultramarathon runner, I can say it’s the cleanest facility in the metropolitan area. Staff and customer service are quick to assist with any issues.Thank you.

This YMCA is great! The only thing I don't like about it is the gym floor. The gym floor is old and slippery and could be dangerous if you are running and you slip and fall. All the other YMCA's have gotten a new gym floor and I think you all should consider getting a new gym floor too.

Pengbu, the lifeguard asked for our passes, but every other person that came to the outside pool, he did not ask for passes. I watched him as he looked straight onto the pool and never turned to look at the others that were coming in. After I confronted him, he started asking other people that came in about their passes. Needs to be consistent, I made a complaint to his supervisor. Was thinking of joining, but not anymore.

Great area, great distance to bike too, and even though their isn't a Hot Tub like in the Forest Lake one, still a great place to work out.

My son had a great time at flag football camp held at White Bear lake Y. Staff was friendly lead by professional sports staff with additional youth assisting the kids in each group which provided a great staff/student ratio inorder for child to learn understand new skills with a personal They offered extended hours if needed. Very well put together, safe and organized with daily schedules with veriety of activities throughout day to keep them active an unintentionally unaware learning, building skills that will be used throughout their life! Decided to sign my son up up for Golf camp offered thru Y next month. Highly recommend to keep your child off the devices moving around outdoors during summer.

So impressed with the customer service! Becky at the front desk is AMAZING! She is friendly, efficient and welcoming. She went above and beyond for me today by registering my son and a group of his friends for the YMCA teen summer membership program. Becky is a shining example of the type of person a business ought to have representing them. A++!!!
