Just horrible. The nails I had gotten a few weeks ago were done good some minor imperfections. I took the nails off today and I had the worst ring of fire damage on my nail beds. Horrible service.

I went and got my toes done and my nails. The young man who did my fingernails did a very good job and was very nice. Although in the process of toes my toes, the worker was very hard on my feet. My feet were burning in the process. Here are the pictures of what was done while getting my toes done. I am very upset and in pain. Will not get a pedicure done here again.

The guy I had for my acrylics was very kind and sweet.Very great service.the only thing he did wrong was he didn’t put the acrylic back far enough so it kind of looks like they are already grown out. Totally fine though because you can’t tell at all.

This place always does a great job. Way better to make an appointment to go in than to just walk in as it gets busy and they can't always take walk ins. They are respectful and try to ask questions and be as specific as possible to find out what you want.

I have had great experiences but then I've had terrible experiences. One time my gel nails came off while I was still in the mall. There are times they have fallen off with in a few days. The workers there all have different techniques, make sure you get a good one.

Went in for a manicure and they didn’t do what a manicure involves.. all they did was sand down my top nail reshape and just paint them. Terrible service .. they over book on clients when they only have 2-3 ppl working.

I had an appt at 2 - waited 20 minutes. No one said hi or anything. Some lady walked in and was seated before me. Was asked repeatedly if I was doing gel and I said regular polish about 3 different times. Was told no nail design on regular polish and was asked to pay before my nails were even done and painted. She missed portions of nails. Never used cuticle oil after - left me at the nail dryer and never came back to check on me.I will not be back.

So rude. I called in around 6:10 if I could come get a pedicure and the lady answered saying I could, only for me to get there (6:18) and the other male sent me home saying they were closing. I get they close at 7 but if so communicate that, or tell me you simply can’t. I was standing there while they just ignored me when I pointed out that the lady said I could come. Poor communication skills; HORRIBLE customer service.
