When I was at the store on Sunday March 25th at 12:00pm, the young girl that helped me was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable at what she does, thoroughly answered my questions and assisted me with fixing my cellphone. She even took the time to acknowledge my small children! I loved working with her on addressing my cellphone issues and because of her, I will be returning if any issues arise in the future! Her hard work and dedication to the customers was definitely noticed.

The person who helped us name is Indkadeq she was VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY HELPFUL!!!! I would give her 10 stars if I could.Long story short, we are new at&t customers we did not set up the lines at this particular store and there was issues setting up phones when they arrived. Indkadeq SOLVED issues that at&t national hotline, at&t Costco customer service, at&t advanced tech service could not fix. Many thanks too Indkadeq.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a firstnet customer and have been with the cell provider for a year give or take. I then wanted to have my wife added to my plan and tried calling the store for some information. A gentleman picked up the phone and said at&t. As I started to talk to him - he without a word transferred me to customer service for at&t. I hung up and call back to the store and got a different person. I told her what I was looking for and said that I would have to come in. I was a bit upset that someone would just transfer a person with out notice. Then when my wife's phone showed up I had a question about set up. So I called the store and got a gentleman no name just at&t. I then said two words and got transferred... So now I'm upset and called back and said I have a simple question and if I got transferred I would go to a different cell company and he hung up the phone. After alittle bit I called a different store and got every question answered and then some. I no longer will use this store for help or anything has they like to transfer you or hang up on you

Hands down the best store to go to. I drive up from Marshall because I know that the reps in Willmar really care about the people they serve.
