I had a very frustrating experience at Cash Wish Pharmacy today. After spending the entire morning in the ER, I came to pick up my medications and was told there would be a 30-minute wait. I returned after 45 minutes, only to find that my meds were still not ready. An hour later, they only had two of them available.
When I spoke to a staff member at Registration, instead of showing any consideration for the fact that I was feeling dizzy, lightheaded, and in pain, I was told I had to get back in line if I wanted to pick up the two that were ready. This lack of empathy and basic customer service made an already difficult day even worse.
People seeking medication—especially after an ER visit—are often unwell, exhausted, and vulnerable. A little kindness, communication, and efficiency can make a huge difference. I hope this pharmacy takes steps to improve how they treat customers, especially those in distress.
Be kind. Be human. Treat people with respect.

The wait time isn’t always the best, but I’m here quite a bit and the staff are kind and helpful. I run in to Niki a lot and she’s great !

Absolutely horrible service. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I am overall a very patient person, so the first time I had issues with this pharmacy, I simply let it go. Now after several other times having a horrible experience, I have decided to write a review.The drive to the pharmacy from my home is about 30 min. Several times now, they have sent me a text message to come get my prescription. I get there and then they tell me they don't have it, because I picked it up last week. Yes, I did pick a prescription up last week, however 3 days latter they started messaging me again saying I had until the end of today to come pick up another perscription. So, I went there and sure enough they did not have anything for me.Another time I went to pick up my medication and they kept saying the doctor never called it in. So, I showed them the communication with the doctor in My Chart. Magically, they then found the script. And yet another time, the doctor sent a prescription and I waited and waited, then finally went there to pick it up and they told me they did not have it filled because they were out of stock. They had no idea when they would get more. It would have been nice if they called me to tell me that. So, I had the prescription sent to a different pharmacy.After yet another horrible experience there today, I told them I will not continue to come there and I will find a different pharmacy.Bottom line: they do not deserve our business if they cannot get their act together.

One hour to get a shot.Three people ahead of me the person giving the shot didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Looked like he just crawled out of bed. No never will cash wise pharmacy get my business. Too bad I always went there. By the way I walked out with no shot. You better rethink your employees I was nice and gave you a one star. Should have been minus .

HORRIBLE! The Doctor calls in the prescriptions for a 75 year old woman at 930am for post operation care. We leave hospital at 2:00pm and the prescription is still not filled. They say ' sorry, it's here but can't get it ready for another 25 minutes". They expect the patient to simply sit in a hot car for a half hour after surgery! "Nothing we can do". UNACCEPTABLE that after 4.5 hours they could not get it ready!
