Some dude backed into my parked BMW M550i destroying the grille and hood, and this shop completed the repairs extremely quick and made the car look better than before.

The team at Collision Care is outstanding. They were able to get my brand new truck in and out of their shop in less than 7 days, using all OEM parts. The truck looks new again. I called a multitude of other shops across multiple states and they we all expecting a 30-40 day delay on parts. The shop owner also personally called me daily with updates on the progress of the repairs and timeline updates. The body work is perfect, as well the body panels that were re painted.

My daughter hit a deer and the damage was really significant ($15k) Collision care did an outstanding job and her car literally looks brand new. Great, friendly and fast service. Highly recommend!

10/10. Would reccomend. Recently brought my vehicle in for some hail damage. They took care of the communication through insurance and got us in for an estimate, 1 week later, we were in the shop. It took them a days and they were very flexible.

I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. They did not look my vehicle over properly and began work then realized they've bit off more than they can chew. The replacement door they used for my truck has paint chipping and rust. They charged $750 for a rusty door. The fender flare on the bed of my truck has a lot of gouge marks along the entire thing.Services: Painting

The best place I took my car to get serviced so far. I've had a front collision by a random encounter with an animal on the road, which completely destroyed the front panel of my '19 Nissan Altima. The collision sensors had to be recalibrate as well. It was estimated to be completed when parts arrived at September 2022, but was completed sooner, at early August. Since I've had it repaired by them, the car has been looking great and the front collision sensor has started working better than ever.

8/29- 9/6/22. The repair work itself looks amazing! 4 stars because I had to initiate all communication, even day of pickup there was no call it was done. I was standing directly at the front desk and he kept picking up the phone multiple times instead of helping me for the minute and letting the calls go voicemail. Maybe need more help in the office?Services: Steering & suspension repair
