Thought i would try online ordering. Placed the order and added the payment method. They kept trying to charge a card I had on file instead of the card I entered. 4 times I had to enter the payment and everytime it would try to charge the card on file and not the payment entered. Really recommend this gets fixed. Probably wouldn't order online again. Too frustrating.

Witnessed an employee from the produce department leave the bathroom stall and then not wash his hands. I informed a manager and he didn't seem to care either. THE PRODUCE HERE IS CONTAMINATED!

Me and my sister come here late night because we work nights and it’s like the only place open till 12 am we come here almost every night/day and we just stopped in quick to get ice cream. We weren’t taking long at all probably 5 mins and when we got there they told us they were closing soon and a min or 2 while we were there they were telling us to pay for our items and I know how it is working customer service I was trying to get out there way as soon as possible so me and my sister paid and walked out the same door we had walked into the store and they told us the doors were closed we told them this is the same door we came in we are parked right there. We went out the doors that were open and he followed us out the store and told us we needed to leave after paying for items. The cashier Shelby was laughing at him mocking us and just being flat out rude. My customer asked for his name and he said no. He followed us out the store and I said he’s being rude and he said how am I being rude? I told him bc he followed us out and told us to leave and purposely locked the door we came into. We left we probably won’t be back etheir this has never happened before again this was 08/07/24 at 11:50pm Shelby was working the other man wouldn’t give his name.

I went to buy an apple pie, but when I got home and started to eat the pie I found out it was actually cherry, despite it being labeled apple. Me and my friends were left in tears at this atrocity perpetrated by the evil employees of Willmar Cub Foods. I will never ever go back unless there is a _really_ good deal on pie.

They have a great selection of celiac-safe and lactose free products, which means a lot to a family with two celiac people in it! Especially in our small community. Also, the balloon lady here is so kind and awesome. I wish I could remember her name. I get the balloons for our kids’ birthdays here throughout the year and she always gets them done super fast for me!

Melanie(?) In the deli - tattoos and fun hair: best customer service EVER! She's always so friendly and attentive. Upsold me on some other stuff but wasn't pushy. Glad I made the trip there tonight!

Everything is double the price of Cash wise or Walmart. The diapers are $7 more for the same amount at Walmart. The milk is $7.49 for a gallon, it's $3.29 at Walmart. The gallons of ice cream are $8.50, it's $6.99 at Walmart FOR THE SAME BRAND. The only thing not marked up is baby formula because they're legally not allowed to, otherwise I'm sure it would be $30 a can. I'm never coming back here.
