terrible management, on busy nights they will send out 4 orders with one driver and ensure the last 2 or 3 people get cold pizza

The consensus amongst employees and customers is that it has gone down hill since Greg Cutchall died and his wife sold the business to Team Honey Badger. I have verified this through personal experience.
