terrible experience not worth prices. extremely rushed & rough. quantity over quality. do not make bad reviews had one bad experience gave them a second chance my mistake. would not recommend unless you need something simple and quick

Went for a deluxe pedicure. It was the most relaxing pedicure leg massage I have ever had. Picked the lavender scrub and lotion. It had little exfoliating sands. I went home so relaxed. My time there was an hour. They don't rush it through. Well worth it. Well ventilated. Did not smell like chemical smell I have been to at other places. Nice relaxing music instead of the awkward silence at other nail shops.

I had made an appointmet two days ago and i got there and they were closed. I had a good experience with them except for this one time. not very happy. Drove a hour just to find it closed with no phone call.

I have been going here for 8 years now and I love it! They are super accommodating, super friendly, and they do a fantastic job! They always try and squeeze you in for an appointment last minute but they do prefer if you call ahead of time!

I had an okay experience. I got a gel nail Mani and Pedi. My toes came out great and still look good a week later but my nails chipped after like three days and look like this a week later. I thought gel nails lasted at least a week if not longer but maybe I'm mistaken? I also had to get my nails fixed once they were done due to missing the corners of my nails. Someone else did the repair which I appreciate but they kept making comments like "your nails are too short " implying it was my fault that the person didn't do a good job the first time. I'm sure some people are better at nails then others, that's fair, but I don't appreciate the attitude and that these didn't last as long. I did love the color and I am glad they fixed it the day of but I don't know that I'd go there to the same person twice. I'd find out who does nails well in advance if you can and request them specifically. If I'm paying between 60$-80$ for nails plus tip I'd like them to last a bit longer.

the attention to detail of Tai is unmatched, in my humble opinion. if you go to Elite or even call to book an appointment, ask Tai to do it.

If I could rate this place zero stars I most definitely would. Had my nails done on Monday it is now Saturday I had broke a nail on Thursday but picking up a wrench off the ground and just today I put a glove on and broke another nail when I had Called they asked me to come in and show them I told them I can not come in as I live 2 hours and 30 minutes away I asked if I could send a picture to them I had sent a picture they called me back and tried telling my the cold breaks names and that I was lying on how I broke my nails because I had broke one nail one way and the other another way. There is pieces of dirt stuck in my nail polish and the lady that did my nails broke one of my nails when filling them. Definitely will not be coming back.

Brought in 2 young girls that received a certificate for Christmas. They owner yelled at my granddaughter and was giving her dirty looks the entire time. This place should not be in business.
