Packages from NY and CA have been sent to Willmar where they are supposed to then be delivered to me in Alexandria. Instead, the packages are being sent from Willmar to Rosemount and to St Paul and to St Cloud and then back to Willmar. I can't believe FEDEX can remain in business with their lack of being able to deliver anything in their local area within a timely manner. My package has been at the local facility for 5 days now and now I'm told it maybe another 3 days. We are only 15 miles away. Absolute awful business practice!
