Great service after someone hit my parked vehicle in a parking lot. Adam was able to get my vehicle back to me and gave me a loaner in the mean time. Highly recommend!

Says free estimates on website. I have had my car repainted there before and had a good experience. Take my truck to get a estimate to get things fixed today and Adam tells me that due to the fact that people get a free estimate and don't come back and his time paper and ink are worth something he wants 25 dollars to do a estimate. Then I asked if he would take a debit card and he said there was a charge to use the card too. Seems stupid people get estimates to see who they want to do the work even insurance companies do that. Sometimes estimate are asked for and work is decided to be done somewhere else based on best estimate. I have gone to this shop one time before and had estimate and it was cheaper to get a prepainted bumper cover than pay deductible on repair so I didn't have work done I replaced cover myself. Not like I make a habit of getting estimates for nothing or even get estimates that often. I also understand my work was rust work and the car I had repainted had rust work and its hard to make money on rust work. If you don't want to take a rust work job then just say you are to busy or you don't fix rust. And if you charge for estimates for some types of work or all work take free estimates off your add and website. I wasted my time going there and my gas to drive there and Adam didn't want the work. Well I could say my time and gas are worth something too.

The owner is a nice guy and overall appears to do a decent quality of work. I contacted him to work on my vehicle that was heavily damaged by hail. The estimate was 10K to 12K. He offered me a loaner chev impala with 200K miles that ran and started well. I waited 3 weeks before he could work my vehicle into his shop. It was the middle of the month. I was told he had one vehicle ahead of me and would start as soon as he finished that one. A week later (WEEK 2 IN SHOP) I stopped by and nothing had been done. He said that there were a number of requests by insurance companies and there was another vehicle that had been waiting before mine. He said it would get started on it the following week (WEEK 3 IN SHOP). I stopped by again and the vehicle was sitting outside with the front bumper off. He said he was short of help and could only do so much. I noticed different vehicles in his shop each time I stopped by. This pattern continued over the next several weeks. (WEEK 5-9 IN SHOP) I talked with my insurance company about the delayed work and they told me to take the vehicle somewhere else. I asked the owner if he had talked with the insurance company and he said yes, but when I called the claims manager, he told me that no one had called or they had no contact with the owner. I received a call during week 12 (WEEK 12 IN SHOP) that the vehicle was done. His cost to insurance was about 20% more than at another shop. My windshield washer does not work. I did receive a nice RTIC 30 oz tumbler. It was 4 months from contact to pickup of my vehicle. I put 3300 miles on the loaner.
