The Restore is a great place to find or donate usable building materials.

A great place to pick up stuff for those experimental DIY projects. You can also find some treasures in this place as far as furniture goes too. I'd recommend stopping in every couple of weeks because the stock can turn over pretty quickly.Side note: it's also a good place to donate materials to as well.
