I'm not a fan of leaving reviews at all but the experience my Mom had with these ppl is pathetic. Ordered a couple king size beds and frames, got jerked around for months and finally 4 months later when they finally came to delivery they didn't even have the right stuff and after all that the ppl at the store were very rude and not helpful at all. I nor my family and friends will never be going back there. Really sad for a local business I've bought stuff from and even recommended in the past.

The sales woman that helped us was overall really nice and very informative she wasn't overly pushy and allowed us to go about our business. We did end up leaving to go do other price checks but ended up coming right back later on and made a purchase. Overall it was a nice experience and we look forward to the new mattress we purchased it was adorable and they had a really nice 30% off sale going on.

Horrible.First off, I'm never a fan of leaving negative reviews.Second. I understand how covid has impacted everything and has caused irreversible damage to everything we know.I had placed an order with Hennen's last October (2021) for a set of dining room chairs. We had been informed at the time that they were in backorder. Every month that went by since then, I had never heard from them. At the beginning of every month until now, I had to call them and ask if there were any updates on delivery. The times that I did get to talk to someone, they would say they were checking on it and would let me know. They would never call back.After doing this until about last week, I was told that the chair set I purchased was no longer available...So, did they just sit on my money for the past several months or wait so long to get back to me that they were gone?Very vague and not informative on their products they are selling.Buyers beware.Thank you for your time.

Our experience in customer service, communication and the quality of product was all very dissapointing leaving us paying full price and ending up with damaged product. Make sure you know if you are getting sold "as-is" product or off the floor product if you shop here and inspect your furniture before they bring it into your home. Know that if you are told you'll have your furniture in 2 weeks, it could be months before you see it or hear any updates from them.

Frustrating dealing with the extended warranty co and hennens themselves. Got a call about a spring replacement months after filing a claim. Couldn't even ship to customer. Had to come pick up (not making a special trip for that) Didn't cover a seam that let loose. Wouldn't buy the warranty again, probably never recommend Hennens again. Lesson learned.

I am usually not one to ever leave a bad review for a business. I work customer service and know that some things are out of our control. From the beginning of my husband and I purchasing our couch on 2/12 it was a mess. We were originally told that they didn’t have our coach in stock but there looked to be a shipment coming in on 2/17. We were going to be moving some furniture around at home so I sold our downstairs couch to prepare for it to come 2/17. We were never contacted to tell us that it was delayed. I called at the one week mark and a different lady told me it was originally 2-3 weeks out. We were frustrated but moved on. We then waiting the 3 weeks and called again since we weren’t updated. We were told again that it’s another week out. At this point we were at 4 weeks. We continued to call each week to check in and continued to be told “one more week”. At finally a little over 10 weeks we got a call that it was in. We had it delivered and we moved it into the house. The first time my husband put his feet on the large ottoman (within 2 hours of having it in the house) it completely sunk in on one side. We opened up the zipper underneath and saw that there was barely anything holding it up. We tried to fix it but the smallest amount of weight was causing it to cave in. My husband called Hennen’s the next day and we were told that “it’s not meant to be sat on and we must have sat on it too hard”. They told us it is only meant for resting feet (which is what my husband did). They said they would write up a new one to exchange but we would have to come in and do it. Never once did we get an apology or reasoning for the issues we encountered. We went into it knowing that COVID has put a strain on furniture delivery but never expected this. We did not feel taken care of or in the loop at all. Very frustrated with the entire situation. Just wanted to leave our experience on here as food for thought.

Sales lady was very informative and not pushy. The store is not jammed full which makes it easy to look around. Prices were good.

I was very disappointed, in the store for 10 minutes, two other people in the store, as customers. Not one person asked if they could help me. I personally got eye contact with three people working at the store, not one approached me to help. I guess I'll go where they want my business.

Very helpful staff. They were okay even though we just wanted a twin mattress for a bunk bed, so not a big ticket item. Will be going back when we start looking at replacing our queen. Prices were fair.

Ordered a couch at the end of May and still have not received it. Almost 5 months later. I get COVID may have delayed things, butwhen I ordered they said 6-8 weeks with delays. few months later still no furniture or updates. I had to call my sales person and ask. She said they pushed it back further, to begging of Oct. I called again for an update, to make sure i would have it by begging if OCT (im hosting a party and need my furniture) and they again pushed it to middle of Oct.!!! im furious. $4,200 on a couch upfront and 5 months later I still wont have my couch. Feel like ive been thrown around and my sales associate has done little about it. i didnt like Amy from the start as she fudged my numbers around a few times and i ended up paying way more than she originally said.
