Actual retards work here. Ordered off the mobile app at 10:13am only to arrive 3 minutes after 10:30am and they said they stop serving breakfast. Like I know that's why I ordered almost a half hour ago. Long story short don't order off the app at all it saves no time they don't make your food till you give them the code at the drivethru anyway? What's the point of ordering mobile??? Won't be returning

absolutely terrible went though drive thru they forgot my 2 fries went inside to get them and when I got home out they forgot my burger!!! Very unpleased.

Dont order anything that's special .. for instance a cheeseburger happymeal add lettuce.. first they charge half a buck or so... And then it's not on the burger.. then your child who is really excited gets their day ruined... We don't go out to eat often and when we do it's a pretty special thing for my kids to get things the way they like them... My daughter says she will never eat McDonald's again... She is 6...

Drive through... ordered, paid, and the second window was dark, but signs directed us around the building... Waited and waited. Apparently, we were supposed to stop at the dark window... when we finally got out food, fries were mushy, and they had no pies for us, so I had to go inside for a refund. When I mentioned how the window was dark and the signs directed us around the building, manager's response was, "It's always been this way!" Well, no, it hasn't. Those signs directing us around the building were not always there.

Walked up to counter to order and three staff talking there literally all turned their backs and walked to kitchen...Ordered through Kiosk, paid, and took a table tent....Waited 15 minutes and watched orders being delivered to drive through and similar foods served to later arriving customers...Went to check on my order and a staff person breezed by and informed me that they were making my food and then went to talk to coworker on break (without checking with the kitchen staff.)...Flagged down another worker who "reordered" my food...Saw my undelivered tray sitting in the kitchen and the only reason I didn't get cold burgers and fries was because the kitchen person saw me watching...My eat in order got served in a takeout bag...No apologies or explanation....Staff was obviously clueless about customer service...I won't be back...I spend about $3,000 annually on going out to eat...My business will go elsewhere...Yours should too...
