I went there to get a tire changed and then I was told that they couldn't change my tire because they didn't have the correct lug nut tool for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350. And I'm sitting here at a car dealership thinking how in the heck can they not have the correct tool?! Then I was about to leave but then I came back into the showroom and talk to the manager and I said did the mechanic even look in the trunk I mean all the parts that fit this vehicle to change the tire are in the trunk. After 2 hours of being there I finally got my tire changed for $28. It should have been more like 10 after all the stress I had to go through for a tire change

Very compassionate service. I got a flat tire close by and they helped squeeze me in and patch my tire, even on a busy Saturday.

Jeep headlight bulb and windshield wipers were replaced even though tech had difficulty with replacing bulb. Not tech's fault but due to reaching it.I was kept informed of progress during appointment.

Called Friday to get a quote on 4 tires. When I called back a few minutes later the service desk was closed for the day, "would have to call back Monday". Monday morning I had to repeat specs several times to tech like he didnt have a piece of scratch paper. I had the size, load range, brand and model and still had trouble. Friday quote was $137, Monday was $155. Without a written quote they would not honor the earlier quote. Honor is the operative word.

Called in to see if they would do an oil change for my car and I was told that I had to have an appointment which I was fine with. What I was not fine with was I came in for my appointment time and it still took them 2 hours to do an oil change what about that is quick. I will never be bringing my car here again and unless you like waiting around for something that shouldn't take this long I suggest you don't bring your car here.

I cannot say enough about the good service provided by Tom Holmquist at Mills Ford Chrysler of Willmar. We have purchased several of our cars from Mills and chose to deal exclusively with Tom because of his good customer service. Today was another example where he went above and beyond. My car wouldn't start and end we picked him up at the dealership with his charger, and he charged our car. He would not accept anything for this good deed. Personal attention like that is not common anymore.

For a Ford Lincoln dealer this place is so disappointing. I went in for a new battery, was told it was going to be one price, and charged $50 more. I was charged for a diagnostic test on a 6 year old battery when I told them I needed a battery and waited 2 hours.

I thought the concept of quick lane was supposed to be show up get your oil changed not call ahead and make an appointment. I never will come back to this place again.

The WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change I made an appointment for. I was told this would only take 30 minutes. Today I had an appointment to get snow tires that were already mounted and balanced set on and my existing tires set off, a job that should also only take 30 min max. Even called the day before giving explicit instructions on what to do, and confirmed I would only get charged for a tire rotation. I waited again almost 2 hours and they tried to over charge me for the mounting and balancing that had already been done. They also didn't care when I expressed my disappointment in waiting time and told me some lady had to wait 3 hours for an oil change so I shouldn't complain. DO NOT GO HERE.

"No appointment needed"??? The first question asked was "do you have an appointment?" That was after a 10 minute wait. They asked if I wanted to set an appointment, told them to forget it I'd take it Valvoline quick change.
