About Spectrum Store
The Spectrum Store provides Internet, mobile, cable TV, and equipment services. Experiences vary. Some find the workers very helpful and friendly, offering useful information during transfers. The store is easy to find and well organized, though often very busy. However, service can be inconsistent; customers sometimes feel rushed by fast sales talks. There have also been errors with equipment, requiring return trips, though clerks show professionalism and concern in resolving issues.

Jamie and Juan at the Willmar store were great to work with. If we wouldn’t have personally visited the store and just dealt over the phone I don’t think we would have made the change to Xumo. Great experience. Thank you!
