When we came out we vacuumed the truck and as we looked the truck over the whole passenger side still had dirt, the back tailgate was still dirty. I stopped by the gate where I entered and showed the guy and he asked when I last washed it??? I told him I was very disappointed for a 28 dollar wash and his response was there is nothing I can do about it?? He could have offered to go through a second time but no!! Then on the way out we asked a lady who the manager was, she said the guy at the gate. We said we already talked to him! We told her our truck was still dirty and her responses was not our problem!! Very rude and inconsiderate I will never use another tidal wave car wash again!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely horrific customer service!! If I could give negative stars, I would. We went through the car wash and were left with bugs and black spots all over the passenger side of the car (our car is white). We came back expecting to just be sent through again, an easy fix... but were instead sent to sit on the side until the "assistant was done in the bathroom." 10 minutes later, after a walk around the car, we were told that we didn't get a high enough package to get the car clean. It's absolutely ridiculous that $20 for a one-time wash (we are visiting family) wouldn't get your car clean. The employees we experienced were either completely incompetent or dismissive.
What an embarrassing way to run a business...

This car wash is awful. Ran my truck through twice and the tailgate and backwindow are still dirty. No Prewash. Terrible Service. Go anywhere else.
Edit : also left deep scratches on my vehicle. Beware.
