worst bank ever they didn't trust me holding my money for almost a month .I had direct deposit they still couldn't don't go to this bank ever worst in town Andrew Austin grabs hands like he tough they hurt me mentally and emotionally I don't trust them ever again.

Incredibly hostile customer policies. Cannot even deposit 34 year old savings bonds into my account that I’ve had over 3.5 years, has to be 5 years.
Meanwhile I can OPEN an account with savings bonds at Heritage.
Absolutely incredible. One of these is not like the other.

They need to update hours both online at at the actual building. I went by 3 different times to try and add money to my account to get me out of the negatives and all 3 times they were closed, including the ATM.
