“Great experience at Scott's Auto. Able to get me in according to my schedule. I like the fact that they call you before doing any work, eapecially if it will be more than originally thought. They don't assume its okay to change air filter when you just went in for oil change. They make recommendations but never makes it feel that everything is imminent. Tells me in advance if other repairs will be needed soon and offers a quote for the cost, too.”
