The AI phone system actively stops any access to staff or efforts to find answers to questions. It hangs up before verifying anything and overall is unfit to be a phone assistant. This is pure laziness on the part of the USPS. Get your shit together guys, seriously. Lo

Lost 5 packages in the same day. Also never scanned my eBay labels because they get mad about cheap eBay labels for TCG and end up losing the package + no scan because they want us to use a stamp
