I didn't catch his name at the store but the survey said Eric is the one that helped me. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and got me what I needed. I'm not very up to date on technology and he did a good job explaining my options and how it worked. I would definitely go back there in the future

I went into Verizon to get my own plan the other day. A gentleman by the name of Fritz I believe, greeted me at the door. From start to finish, he was very pleasant, kind and caring. I left Verizon with my own plan and a new phone just like I wanted, but more importantly, I received great customer service! I believe that is the key to success. Thanks Fritz
