Went in to get a new phone and the gal helping was trying to sell me, a new line, a watch and a I pad. Told her repeatedly that I just wanted a new phone. She Then she got the manager and she kept saying the same thing.after several attempts telling the I wanted just a phone. I walked out very frustrated.

We went to Verizon to upgrade my iPhone 10 to iPhone 14. We went there last Thursday and talked to very knowledgeable salesperson. Although she told me that it would be over a hour wait. We left and came back a week later. We were seen immediately. The salesperson left to get us a quote. She was gone for at least 15 - 20 minutes. She apologized when she came back with the quotes. With the new plan, my phone bill would double. I questioned her about this but she couldn’t answer my questions. Another associate tried to help but made things more frustrating. I have been a long time customer with Verizon and this is not the type of customer service I would expect. I will be exploring T mobile or other phone companies.

Very helpful. JERAMY and Vicki made the experience better than the store in Marshall. Corporate Verizon makes certain thing difficult and sometimes impossible.I am sorry to be tied to Verizon for two more years while paying for overpriced phones.All because of getting a pedicure. Never again until I can't cut my own toe nails.

Horrible service. The guy got off topic all the time. Was upgrading phone for my father in law and they said they don’t to the phone transfers cause it’s against company policy and sent me home to switch everything myself. Definitely going back to the Hutchinson Verizon cause they know how to do their job correctly.

They sure take their time to help costumers, they can be talking each other and laughing way before approach some one to help. Last time I stop by to buy something I waited 25 minutes before I left with out help and end up giving up buying what I wanted , there was 3 guys with one costumers and one sitting on his phone ?
