Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They lie repeatedly to cover up for their incompetence

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Meds about never ready when they say they will be. App is pure garbage, and good luck getting your meds mailed. It almost never works on the app and if you call the store they can't help, not that all of em care that much some there really hate their job I think. Be best if walgreens just went under.

The pharmacy techs were so great, a special thank you to Destiny, she was so helpful sorting out my husband's medications and his insurance this morning!

Absolutely terrible. The online booking system asks when your last COVID vaccine was and it doesn't catch of you're not past 180 days. I was at 180 and they said I had to come back another day, after waiting for an hour.Fast forward another few days and the appointments were booked online. Yet; the pharmacist decided to take lunch right before our appointments. What a s show. This place is slow and disorganized for everything else as well.

The pharmacy is horribly run and the wait times are outrageous. The workers are slow and don’t seem to know what they are doing.

I have had problems with them in the past filling medications but yesterday took the cake. I had outpatient surgery at 8 AM. They sent in the prescription right away so it’d be ready when I left at 11:30. Got an email saying they were working on it. Got a voicemail saying the product was out and they’d need a couple days to fill it. Got a text saying it was delayed. Confusing. Called at 12. Was told they only had one pharmacist on staff and that they were trying to get caught up and that it’d be ready around 2. That’s fine, I didn’t have to take another pain med until 2:30. Called at 2 and was told it wasn’t ready and that the pharmacist was on lunch break and that they weren’t sure when or if it would be ready today. I asked if they could transfer it and they said no I’d have to wait or call the dr to cancel it and send it elsewhere. Mind you I just had surgery and needed pain meds. I called my dr that did the surgery but he was in a surgery and didn’t get to call me back until 430. He cancelled it and sent it to Cashwise and had it ready in 20 minutes. If you need a prescription urgently choose any other pharmacy. Walgreens either needs to better staff their pharmacy and give their little remaining pharmacy employees a break before they lose their minds and quit or reject orders if they can’t fufill their orders in an efficient manner. It’s not okay for them to put their staff under that pressure or their customers to make them wait. Shame on you Walgreens.

I grabbed an item off the shelf and the price literally said $11.99 until the cashier wrung it up and it was $16.71 so I told her and she scuffed it off instead of offering to look into it. So I told her after purchasing the item that I was going to go back to the shelf and confirm it again... low and behold I was right but when I came back to the register she was gone. So much for the customer service.

I never leave reviews for anything but I felt inclined to do so this time. I am prescribed a medication that I need or I get very sick. The pharmacist that deals with me bugging him every month, haha, is amazing. He walks me through what is going on with my insurance, prior authorizations and eases my nerves. He works hard on getting everything done quickly and efficiently He treats me like an actual human. Would highly recommend!

Worse help ever ! Went to pick up some pictures saw 3 ladies down an ayo where clearly they saw me standing at the photos department no one went to help me. One of the ladies was a manager ( I knew that since she had previously helped me with my first photo pick up ) 20 mins passed and finally that same manager went towards the photo department looked around and asked me if I was there to pick up my second set of pictures I had placed I told her "yes" Me assuming she was going to assist me I didn't ask her to help me .... she said okay, and left ( I was thinking she was going to go call someone to help me .... no one came ) she went back to chat with the other two ladies down the hall laughing and joking around they were ... once again I waited an other 15 minutes and finally a lady came up to me and asked me if I needed help (not one of the ladies that were down the hall from where I was ). WORST customer service experience ever ! Never have I had an issue like this with Walgreens and that's why I used to love Walgreens over any other store to do some quick errands but now I'm debating to continue giving them business if this is the way they act with their loyal customers !

Some of them care a lot, but they aren't seen when the remainder of them think their job would be better without the customer. The guy pharmacist told me he would clean up my med list because there are so many issues every single time I come to pick up. Something went wrong along the way and I was given a large amount meds at a time and the same one was ready again for pick up. I brought up my concern over the phone, but I was told I was playing games. I couldn't get a word in and ended the phone call after saying that I dont want anything changed and I will stop by when I can to figure things out. Not long after the call, I recieved a text saying my prescription is now delayed until insurance allows. The pharmacist had moved the pick up amount so much that the insurance had denied it. It takes about 14 trips to have one go smoothly and be able to have it filled, pay for it and leave with no dosing issues, wrong pick up amounts or incorrect insurance coverage. My meds have not been changing.
