I have had problems with them in the past filling medications but yesterday took the cake. I had outpatient surgery at 8 AM. They sent in the prescription right away so it’d be ready when I left at 11:30. Got an email saying they were working on it. Got a voicemail saying the product was out and they’d need a couple days to fill it. Got a text saying it was delayed. Confusing. Called at 12. Was told they only had one pharmacist on staff and that they were trying to get caught up and that it’d be ready around 2. That’s fine, I didn’t have to take another pain med until 2:30. Called at 2 and was told it wasn’t ready and that the pharmacist was on lunch break and that they weren’t sure when or if it would be ready today. I asked if they could transfer it and they said no I’d have to wait or call the dr to cancel it and send it elsewhere. Mind you I just had surgery and needed pain meds. I called my dr that did the surgery but he was in a surgery and didn’t get to call me back until 430. He cancelled it and sent it to Cashwise and had it ready in 20 minutes. If you need a prescription urgently choose any other pharmacy. Walgreens either needs to better staff their pharmacy and give their little remaining pharmacy employees a break before they lose their minds and quit or reject orders if they can’t fufill their orders in an efficient manner. It’s not okay for them to put their staff under that pressure or their customers to make them wait. Shame on you Walgreens.

I grabbed an item off the shelf and the price literally said $11.99 until the cashier wrung it up and it was $16.71 so I told her and she scuffed it off instead of offering to look into it. So I told her after purchasing the item that I was going to go back to the shelf and confirm it again... low and behold I was right but when I came back to the register she was gone. So much for the customer service.

Worse help ever ! Went to pick up some pictures saw 3 ladies down an ayo where clearly they saw me standing at the photos department no one went to help me. One of the ladies was a manager ( I knew that since she had previously helped me with my first photo pick up ) 20 mins passed and finally that same manager went towards the photo department looked around and asked me if I was there to pick up my second set of pictures I had placed I told her "yes" Me assuming she was going to assist me I didn't ask her to help me .... she said okay, and left ( I was thinking she was going to go call someone to help me .... no one came ) she went back to chat with the other two ladies down the hall laughing and joking around they were ... once again I waited an other 15 minutes and finally a lady came up to me and asked me if I needed help (not one of the ladies that were down the hall from where I was ). WORST customer service experience ever ! Never have I had an issue like this with Walgreens and that's why I used to love Walgreens over any other store to do some quick errands but now I'm debating to continue giving them business if this is the way they act with their loyal customers !

Walgreens photo has now messed up my simple Photo order 3 times. The first time- they put the photo onto wood panel extremely crooked. When I came back to pick up the re print, I added a regular 8x10 to my order. They also decided to print that on wood even though I ordered it as a standard photo. Instead of just giving me the wood photo they threw it away and said they'd quickly print the 8x10 for me. I walked around the store for 10 mins while they “quickly†printed my photo. When I went to check in on their progress - they told me their machine broke down and I would need to come back a THIRD TIME. But they added “don't worry- we won't charge you.†.....my order had no charge anyways due to already paying for the wood print- and the new 8x10 was a free Mother's Day print with a code I used. Thanks Walgreens.
