They will scam out out of any discounts offered on their website. They did not include them and tried to offer me 50% of 2 days of a month instead of a full month. Customer service was not helpful.

Nice clean units, very friendly manager and responds to questions right away. Very clean lot, very easy to set up account online. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if your looking for a good, clean, place to store your belongings.

This is an excellent Storage Facility. Clean and Friendly. During the winter the snow is removed promptly, and the facility is very secure. I would recommend renting from this facility. Thank You West Side Willmar storage for the opportunity to do business with you.

I rented a storage unit and the unit was not clean when I got there. Oil spill on the ground I had to throw a tarp down just to store my items. Shortly after I moved my things out and put in a notice on March 27 to close my account.
Whoever stored items in the units before me had an engine and it must have leaked on the ground. I go to close out my account and they accuse me of engine oil leak and try to bill me for someone else's mess.
The unit should've been cleaned before I got there and the owners admitted that they have not been doing a good job of maintaining the units.
Since I closed my account over a month ago they are now billing me for another month? My mind is blown at how poorly this place is managed.
thank God I have documented emails of the correspondence since they are so incompetent and can't even close out an account!
pathetic. I hope you don't rent here
